Revdex.com, On March 24, 2017 the customer purchased furniture from a retail partner of Credda's.  The attached contract was electronically agreed to.  We offer a 120 day payoff option that expires on the 121st day after delivery in this case July 23, 2017.  We confirmed this date on...

March 29, 2017 in a phone call with the customer where we went over terms and answered questions once more.  The customer received a copy of this agreement via email as well as having seen and agreed in person.  We're incredibly flexible with our customers.  This is the very first Revdex.com complaint we have ever had.  We make sure we are fully transparent with all of our customers.  They have ability to see when expiration dates of discounted payoff options on our website, by calling, or by reaching out via email.  We also do not "increase our rate".  Our platform allows for early payment to save money at any time.  The rate is a fixed mark up.  The contract clearly states what the total cost of the items will be if only the minimum payment is made each billing cycle.  We are more than willing to work with our customers with regards to merchandise quality, but it sounds like that complaint should be directed to the store partner, [redacted].  We must reject the customer's desired outcome on the basis of the contract being binding.  In these cases, we do hold customer's responsible for contracts they sign.  This is especially true when we've presented them with all information on more than one occasion.  We can be reached for more information at any time and are completely willing to work with the customer on ways to save money inside of their agreement with us.   All the Best,A[redacted] P[redacted]

The issue with the double payment was resolved with a refund of the overpayment, as well as the overdraft fees the double payment caused. Thank you for reaching out to us to resolve this dispute, Per our last email to the consumer she does not have an account with Credda. She has never had an account with Credda. We simply do not send paper letters as we are a green company. We have sent multiple emails advising the consumer of this,...

when she applied with Credda she was approved. She simply changed her mind on receiving the merchandise. Since then, the store was never funded for her lease and her lease is not active.
