We apologize for Mr*** ***'s dissatisfaction with the level of service he feels he received from Credentials
Mr*** placed his transcript request with Credentials online ordering service on Friday, September 12th at 10:52pm ET from Adelphi University ***He did not indicate that he had an attachment that needed to accompany his transcript
On the "Basic Order Information" page of our client institution's order form, when the attachment box located underneath the "Special Order Condition(s)" is selected, additional information is provided to the requester for providing their attachmentThe last screen displayed when your transcript request has been accepted displays the specific information needed for sending in your Attachment(See the screen shot displayed on the file attached)
Credentials Customer Service is available Monday-Thursday from 7:00am-8:00pm CST and from 7:00am-5:30pm CST on FridaysThis was the reason for the day turnaround in responding to his emailMr***'s email was responded to on Monday, September 15th at 7:49pm by Credentials Customer Service informing him that the attachment box had not been selected and that his transcript had been mailed out to his recipient as requested
Credentials reached out to Adelphi University on Tuesday, September 23rd, explaining Mr***'s situation in having to pay a second time for his attachment to be included with his transcriptAdelphi University agreed to resend Mr***'s transcript again, once they received his attachmentThis was completed on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, to the destination address provided for order #4JMXXXXXX

Credentials eScrip-Safe contacted*** College on Wednesday, March 11th, *** College had also spoken to Ms***, where they processed her resend request and resent two more transcripts to the destination Ms*** providedPer the policy of* College, a refund was not given to Ms***

Mr*** placed a transcript order with the Community College of the Air Force utilizing Credentials online transcript ordering service on March 12th, One transcript was requested to be sent by first class mail to the following delivery address:

The transcript order was completed by the Community College of the Air Force on March 18th, Transcripts requested to be sent by first class mail are mailed out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by the Community College of the Air ForceMr*** contacted Credentials on March 30th, regarding his recipient not receiving his transcriptAccording to the policy of the Community College of the Air Force, Mr*** was not yet eligible for Credentials to submit a request to the Community College of the Air Force to have another transcript sent to his recipientMr*** contacted Credentials again on April 14th, 2015, where he left a voice message requesting another transcript be sent to his recipient and confirmed that the delivery address provided on his order was correctMr*** call again on April 14th, 2015, following up on the voice message that he had leftThe Credentials Customer Service Representative informed Mr*** that a request was being submitted to the Community College of the Air Force to resend his transcript to his recipientMr*** was informed to allow seven business days for his resend request to be processed per the policy of the Community College of the Air Force
A request was submitted to the Community College of the Air Force on April 15th, The resend request was completed on April 21st, The transcript will be mailed out again by first class mail no later than Friday, April 24th, Transcripts are resent the same way they were originally requested to be shippedUnfortunately, an exact date of arrival cannot be provided because first class mail is unable to be tracked
