This company hired brokers with high paying broker fees.
This brokers advertize with the fake name KEVIN CHANG on the new paper to hook the customer with lying story like low interest rate promise and suddenly disappeared. This man lied to persons who need money with low rate but they are all same swindlers.
To cheat the people and get the high interest rate 33% to pay it with phone and make slave to pay.
These company will burn in hell forever with the brokers together.

Hello,
I am sorry to read how unhappy you are with the terms of your contract. I do want to correct the statement you have made about us hiring the brokers which simply is not true. The broker was retained by you, not us. You gave your broker your financial information and requested they find funding for you. Typically, the broker then looks for funding that would best fit your business needs. We have no communication with you during that process. I note that at your request, we have made numerous modifications to the remittance amounts that your company can best afford. Your account is in good standing with us. If you wish to discuss further, please contact [email protected].
Kind regards

Credibly provided an etrans number for a desperately needed PPP loan. The email regarding the approval of the loan came from CREDIBLY. They collected all (and more) of the required paperwork to process underwriting. About two weeks after the loan number was issued, they passed PPP clients onto a third party organization. After about a week I got an email from third party saying they can not underwrite a loan because Credibly has not provided them with my documents, even though the third party tried to acquire them from Credibly without success. HOWEVER, the bigger problem is, my etran number is still being held under my EIN by the SBA as a loan pending underwriting. I can't get a reply from the third party organization and Credibly keeps trying to pass the buck onto the the organization it used to farm out all these loans. The whole thing reeks of gross mismanagement and just plain negligence. It has been over 6 weeks since I applied for the PPP and 4 weeks since Credibly issued an etrans number. In the meantime I am trapped in limbo. I am unable to apply for PPP funds elsewhere because the SBA is holding the number under my EIN, yet neither Credibly or the third party organization seems to want to handle the fact that this loan number remains outstanding, with no intention of either organization processing the funding of it. I will not stop at this review to make sure this business practice is exposed. I have found other Credibly clients who are in the same circumstance. I've spoken to multiple representatives up the chain of command at Credibly who are only interested in telling me why this isn't their fault instead of trying to clean up the mess they created. Excuses and passing the buck! This is competitive market and I would take my business to an organized and competent company if I needed financial assistance this sort in the future. I advise you do the same to avoid hassle.

If I could give zero stars I would. They lead me on a goose chase for my PPP loan for weeks sending it to Liberty SBF. No communication, no one answers the phone. I provided the docs requested and they said if they needed anything else they would reach out. I got denied because of an incomplete application which is wrong. I gave everything they asked for. Now you can even reapply with them. They are a waste of time and effort. Do not use them.

I don't know how Credibly was able to get a A+ but this company is horrible. The have had my PPP application for almost 2months and nothing has happen. Kept sending emails keeping you on the hook and at the end tell you they cant help. Make this company your last option. My account rep was Chad nothing but lies and empty promises. Also the co founder Ryan is horrible also. Stay away from this company please!!!!

So between the BS From each of the credibly staff that I’ve spoken to and then Liberty financial sending me an email telling me pretty much not to email them anymore because they have nothing to do with it and then I believed Jeffrey when he said that he would rectify the situation and make it right only to stormy even longer because of their misappropriation of funds lying to the SBA that they are funding people went over 500 people have signed a petition for fraud against you. All the recorded phone calls text messages and emails are being submitted over to my attorney’s office sense now Jeffrey wants to act like he doesn’t see me calling when I have him on a recorded line just yesterday. You guys lock people out of PPP funding by claiming their numbers and telling the SBA that you funded them when you did not which is completely and entirely misappropriation of funding and theft. Do you have like constantly not only to me but my associates as well regarding where our funds are, And continue to play your bt game with people and just to make everybody aware Jeffrey is there a little scapegoat and will string you along to the fullest lying to you that everything is being handled when it’s not anybody’s interested in hearing my phone calls I’ll be more than happy to send them over via email they will also be posted on Facebook so that everybody can know credibly and what an incredible company they are, I have already reached out to the SBA and reached out to the inspector general so that they can follow the paper trail and find out where the stolen funds are. My attorney will be in contact

Do NOT believe these people! Signed a loan document that says the total I will need to pay is $25,597. It lists a bunch a fees associated with the loan. I am told that is all included in the total amount.

After its all said and done instead of paying the insane $7697. (That I agreed to) For a 10 month loan on $17,900. I will be paying $8862.80 in fees for this loan. This is robbery. And I hope I can save some from having to go through this.

If you do business with this company, you do so at your own risk.

Here's what you need to know:

- Credibly auto-debits your account if you accept whatever loan from them.

- Because they auto-debit instead of doing a standard payment process like other lenders, Credibly will not accept every type of account possible. If you're a sole proprietor, for example, you're not going to be able to use Credibly. BTW, sole proprietors are most likely to request funding.

- Credibly will waste your time asking for information before finally telling you that they won't work with you.

To me it's simple. A one-pager that gives all of the 38 criteria you require BEFORE a client submits any paperwork. They won't do that.

Poor customer service. Takes several attempts before you reach a person by phone. Then customer service passes you off to someone else who doesn't return the call. The phone system should at least tell you when their closed. The phone extensions should have a name of the person, not a voice mail.
I have left 3 messages and not one has been returned.
