I signed up and used their service for months. It works, I'm not going to complain about the process not working, it does. The cancellation of their service was extremely difficult. When you call their customer service to cancel, their IVR take all cancellation calls and forwards them to a voice mail (this happened well over 5-6 times over a two week period). I ended up leaving 3 voicemails, which were never responded to. I had to call and act like I was trying to open new service and then speak to someone directly to START the process of cancellation. Their "Account Manager" who was "assigned" to me then worked with me to get this cancelled, which involved them sending me some cancellation document they want you to sign and date (even though contractually you're not bound to this service), which went without issue. I even went as far as to ask this Representative if the date of my last payment (they require payment in arrears), and they confirmed. Keep in mind this is a signed document with my cancellation date as well as written notification of cancellation; I bet you can guess what happened the next month... I was hit with another charge. I had to end up cancelling my card and getting my banks fraud department involved.
I gave them 1 star due to their service somewhat working - I strongly feel if you have a service worth selling, there is no need to steal / swindle people in any way shape or form to get a few extra bucks, the integrity of the entire relationship was ruined and discredited.
Be extra cautious.
I read an ad on Craigslist, which should have been a tell tale sign. I called Credit 360 Consulting because they advertised that they only charge for what is removed from your credit file after 90 days. At 90 days, I have seen nothing. My credit remained stagnant and they sent me a bill for $245 for no services rendered. I asked for proof of service and statements. ***, working at the office was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Tried to ask her questions and she felt laughing was her only answer. After being barraged with text, phone calls and emails. I started making minimal payments to pay this bill, which I don't feel I should pay. This company is unprofessional and customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT
This complaint appears to be for a different company with a very similar name to ours. Our company's name is 360 Credit Consulting, this complaint is for Credit 360 Consulting. We do not market to our clients through Craigslist and after speaking with this individual, he had agreed to remove the complaint that he had posted due to it being associated with a different company. Our billing structure appears to b different as well. We ask that this complain please be removed due to it pertaining to another company. Thank you.
So lets recap what Mr *** has stated- we did not charge him ANYTHING UP FRONT nor did we charge him ONE SINGLE DOLLAR for 90 days under this program- we used our resources, overhead, company time, paper, ink, envelopes, stamps, and employees paid time to do all the work and then finally after doing this for 90 days, then and only then did we send an invoice and only for items that were actually proven removed from his credit report after comparing the old report to the new…but some how we are the scammers?? We have worked hard for almost 10 years to always put our customers first which is why we have such a strong rating with the Revdex.com- but once in a blue moon we get someone like Mr *** who just doesn’t seem to understand or perhaps is interested in playing games and wasting our time having to respond to frivolous claims as such. The bottom line was that Mr *** did not want to take a few minutes to look at his credit report to compare and verify the old and new reports to confirm what was removed. Mr *** also did not mail us the results from the credit bureaus that were mailed directly to him which ALSO show and verify which items were removed and is a condition of his contract with us. So he had 2 perfectly good options to review and verify the items that we confirmed were in fact removed but simply did not want to do so. If Mr *** can confirm with a new report that the items we marked as removed are in fact remaining we will gladly refund him for any of those items as is and has always been our policy for all customers. However be advised that is happens in only about 1% of cases over a 10 year period as the credit bureaus are required by law to report accurate information, which is why we are able to achieve deletions on behalf of customers like Mr ***. Our results are also double checked for accuracy. Mr *** we demand that you stop slandering our good name on Facebook or other public forums or we will have no choice but to take legal action to protect our reputation which we have worked so hard to earn- only to have individuals like you make false and defamatory claims against us. We simply cannot allow this. We also request that Mr *** pay the remainder of his extremely past due invoice that we have patiently waited on now for over 5 months to collect from him as he does still owe a balance of $89.61.

I was never told to send any reports back to this company due to part of the agreement opening up an account with IdentityIQ, a credit monitoring company that they required me to use. Along with that, they stated that they would periodically check my file. I was never told when items were mailed out. During this entire process, encountered rudeness from ladies at the office trying to understand everything. Then they say the process is over and that I owe over $240. The agreement was to pay for results and there were no results! This companies business practices are corrupt, misleading and others need to beware!!
Once again we will reiterate from our previous response that we will gladly refund Mr *** for any items that were truly not deleted if he can show us on a recent tri-merge credit report that the items do in fact still remain on his credit file...We will give him 10 days to do this, otherwise the deletions stand.
You cannot call a company a scam simply because you do not want to pay your bill- that is now how business works...
We have an impeccable track record over the last 9 years because we treat our customers right, Mr ***' claims of our staff being rude to him are simply not true, however at the same time we will not tolerate abuse from any customers either- which is exactly what Mr *** has been doing to our staff simply because he does not want to pay his bill.
We have put ourselves out there and taken the biggest risk in doing all the work up front and waiting at minimum 90 days before being paid, but in this case we have waited over 6 months for Mr *** to pay and he still has not taken care of his entire obligation that is rightfully owed to us.
