In response to the claims made by our former client [redacted] : Please find attached the signed agreement by client [redacted] in which it clearly states in the terms and conditions that we make no specific promises of any certain amount of deletions but rather that we will pursue any inaccurate, unverifiable or obsolete info as allowed under the guidelines of the law (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Please note the money back guarantee which states that a refund will be given if NO items are deleted or corrected within days of service Client was offered a very unique program in which the dispute letters were actually given to HIM to sign and mail out, providing an unheard of level of transparency in our industryClient knew at all times exactly what was happening and was receiving results back from the credit bureaus showing which items were being removed or corrected which he was to mail in to us under the terms of his agreement with us and which client never didInstead a credit monitoring service was used to gather this information Client was also informed that any items deleted which still carried a balance due could possibly be re-sold to a new collection agency at any given time and reappear on his credit under the new collection agency until he had fulfilled his obligation with his creditors which is likely the cause of his confusion in this matterClient knew that the deletion of any item was allowed under the FCRA and would provide a permanent deletion of that particular creditor Client failed to inform us of any dissatisfaction with our service and instead went directly to Revdex.com to attempt at creating a negative mark against us after over year of working with usThe last known communication with client was in March of Credit Consulting has been in operation for over years and has not received one single complaint with the Revdex.com prior to this one Credit Consulting goes above and beyond to work in compliance with all State and Federal laws including CROA Client was never promised any credit score outcome in compliance with Federal Law and client understood there are many factors which contribute to his credit score most of which are out of Credit 360's hands Credit will seek any legal remedy necessary against client to protect itself from any possible slander against company reputation and name Credit believes client is looking to damage company's reputation and name so that client can obtain a refund for services which were rendered correctly in agreement with our contractual obligations

2. Please note the money back guarantee which states that a refund will be given if NO items are deleted or corrected within 180 days of service.
3. Client was offered a very unique program in which the dispute letters were actually given to HIM to sign and mail out, providing an unheard of level of transparency in our industry. Client knew at all times exactly what was happening and was receiving results back from the credit bureaus showing which items were being removed or corrected which he was to mail in to us under the terms of his agreement with us and which client never did. Instead a credit monitoring service was used to gather this information.

8. Client was never promised any credit score outcome in compliance with Federal Law and client understood there are many factors which contribute to his credit score most of which are out of Credit 360's hands.
9. Credit 360 will seek any legal remedy necessary against client to protect itself from any possible slander against company reputation and name.
10. Credit 360 believes client is looking to damage company's reputation and name so that client can obtain a refund for services which were rendered correctly in agreement with our contractual obligations.
