Credit Advisors is great! I used them a few years ago, and I am using them again now for (hopefully) the last time, and I cannot say anything bad It's completely legit, they work out a perfect payment plan for your situation - would recommend this organization to anyone!

I would like to complain about [redacted] who was very rude and has no customer service. Even if the program I have chosen will "ruin" my credit, I am happy that I am not with this company anymore because of him. He was not helpful and I do not appreciate him hanging up on me. He never got back to me when I would email him and he was ALWAYS rude on the phone. I do not appreciate how he treated the situation.
He was nasty in an email that he sent me and on the phone he not only hung up on me but was rude and told me, "I stick with my commitments." This company did not help my situation but made my credit score worse. They were often late with my payments and never informed me where my money was going. This is not a good company to use!!!!
Their communication in person and over the phone is misleading, distant and false. Their lacking communication 'guidance and direction' only led to further debt and negative impact on my credit which I am still correcting to this day.
It seems they are overwhelmed and are unable to give the proper attention and direction to their clients when needed. It was a mistake using this particular business.
