Initial Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2016/03/09) */
*** and I have been talking and working out this final item that has been the issue for quite some timeAll of the items promised were completed as agreed but unfortunately the last account was connected to a creditor that was no longer in
businessWe continued our efforts to no avail and are hopeful we can find the appropriate individual responsible for signing off on and finally removing this accountOther than that, this was a very successful file and we look forward to helping out any way we canIt was a misunderstanding with timing in order to accomplish the taskThank you for bringing this to our attention
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 20, 2016/03/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The last creditor is still in business, so the response from credit alliance is a plan lieI could not get in touch with them for months and Revdex.com sent them certified mail and tried contacting them aswell and could not reach themThey are not good with business and are not professionalI had to go to another credit advisory company and within months everything is clear and settledCredit alliance is not a good company and the owner Tracey is not a good boss/ ownerShe hardly kept her word on calling me back or informing me what was going onI went to them for help and paid the amount that I was told to pay, even when out of the blue I was told I owed more money I still paid it because I needed assistance with getting my credit clearedIn the beginning they worked on my credit then after months I stopped hearing from themI began to call and email and didnt get a responseI googled there name and got more numbers to callI called that number for a few days and left messages on voicemails and didnt get a response for a couple of more weeks of me calling them, finally I spoke to Tracey and another roller coaster ride beganI am done with credit alliance its been over a year and I had to go to another company to get results I paid credit alliance to getIM DONE!!!

I am rejecting this response because:
She has never given me any settlement offers on the last two accounts. Last January she told me to “sit tight while she negotiated a settlement” and the last time I heard from her she asked what I was willing to pay I which I told her. She has yet to respond to any text or phone calls about that conversation. How can I reflect a settlement I’ve never heard of or been offered? As far as those excuses go, I have texts to prove the validity of what she claimed as excuses for her poor communication. I have called the last the creditors who know nothing of Tracey and have had no contact with Tracey. She has been my limited power of attorney for over three years and yet the creditor does not have her address, phone number or contact name. She has not done what she agreed to do. I hope no one else is scammed by her.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have emailed Tracey and called literally over 10 times in the last four months. If she is so happy to help me why did it take getting a complaint from Revdex.com before I got any response  I

I have responded to all inquiries in regards to the remaining two items on her credit action plan. It boils down to agreeing to pay what the creditor is willing to accept. Every time I would give an update on the amount they want to resolve the account, I was told that [redacted] couldn't or wouldn't...

pay it. After several follow ups, I simply had no further or new things to add. As for the excuses given throughout the process, two of them were accurate; my dog of 14 years died and my dad had open heart surgery in Florida. I waived the contingency fees earned on the file and said I would finish up free of charge but at this point. She might as well just call and pay what they are willing to take or just continue making payments. She had a payment plan already arranged which will not increase her score and I had already informed her of that. There were also additional items that I added of her husband's free of charge along the way as well. There is unfortunately nothing more I can do.

The amount of work I performed that far outweighed what was charged. As far as my "excuses" throughout the 2 years we were working on her file, it was delayed by both parties at one time or another. People have emergencies that arise in their personal and they also get sick. I waived fees to accommodate [redacted] during those unfortunate times and take offense to being called a scammer or someone that would lie about their Dad having open heart surgery or any other serious situation. She maintained a payment plan with the company that she wanted me to settle with and I spoke with her in the last few months and told her that it didn't help her score by doing that or the outcome because by making payments to the creditor, they wouldn't be motivated to negotiate a good deal. The two accounts were with the same creditor and yes, they were sent my Power of Attorney two years ago and I also investigated the accounts multiple times throughout the process with no response from them. I have nothing further to add but to say that if she wants to settle the accounts, she can at any time as she has been speaking with them and she was not charged up front for those negotiations. They are contingent on the amount I would settle them for and I didn't settle them. Sorry she feels the way she does but a lot of work was completed on her file.

This one had me a bit confused but I will try and answer this complaint as best I can. We completed 100% of the items stated on the Credit Action Plan provided to our client. Not only did we get everything deleted off of her credit report but threw in an additional five (5) collection...

accounts that came up later on free of charge. They paid a total of $195.00 for our services which included eight collection accounts and a savings of $943.00. When Casey called me, I conducted a final audit and went over the results. She was very happy with the outcome but noticed that Ryan was not included on the original assessment. I told her that we can certainly look at his and get it fixed. We pulled his credit and I conducted a complimentary analysis of what needed to be done. I then sent this over to Casey. The last we spoke, we were having trouble with her receiving the new enrollment documents. I tried sending them out again and never heard back. A fantastic service was provided here and I was very proud of the work that was completed. I would love to help further if she decides. Thank you for allowing me to respond and I hope to hear from this client soon.
