No, I informed the owner of the pulling to the right and he test drove the vehicle before they worked on it*** came back to me and said it was "squirrelly"I said the pulling issue is what I wanted fixedThey are the ones that defaulted to the alignment after I informed them of the concernThey did not listen to what I wanted and performed the easy service assuming it would fix the issueThey again did this with the tire pull issueThey assumed this was the issue charged me money and it still did not fix itIf they thought that the rear end was to blame then they should have stopped the front end and informed me of the issue in the rear. As far a declining the service to fix the rear endI asked for a written estimate and *** refused stating that he wanted to charge more if it took longer than the original estimate statedBased on the law if I had written estimate he had to stick to the priceI will not have a service done when the shop cannot even give a written estimate.Regards,

Company states that they did receive the letter from the customerThey did exactly what they wanted and with the alignmentCustomer did not want the rear done at that timeThey apologize that the pull did not go away, but they were unaware that there was a back end alignment and they have properly done the front end alignmentIf the gentlemen wants his $back for the rotation from side to side, they can have it

J & K Summerfield does not inform the customer that they can either buy a Front end alignment or a rear end alignmentWhen a person goes in for an alignment all wheels are checkedI asked for an alignmentI did not differentiate between a front end or a rear endThis is the complaint, the owner drove the Jeep and said the truck wobblesThey did a front end alignment, even though I asked for an alignmentThe truck pulled to the right before as well as after the serviceIf, due to the rear bushings, the truck would still pull to the right after an alignmentI should have been informed, before the service was completed that it would make no differenceI was not given this optionThe service was completed and after the fact was informed of the rear bushings. The owner then tried to sell me other services to "fix" the issue when the alignment should have fixed it, If the service did not fix the issue then the service should not have been performed
