Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The business attempted to merely explain a situation that did not occurI have followed up with my bank and they have confirmed that there was no check written for [redacted] that was returned for non-sufficient fundsI had requested from the business involved in the complaint verification of this "check" that was returnedTo date, the collection agency has failed to verify a check for insufficient funds and is therefore violating the law of the State of NHMerely making a phone call does not verify any debtIn addition, they have failed to provide any proof of me receiving any documentation from themThe business did not address my complaint with them at all in their response, they merely re-stated what a business had told themThe complaint was in regards to the collection bureauMy requests still remain the same in terms of resolution Regards, [redacted]
