SO my issues with these (insert not so nice choice of words here) started over months agoI was just looking over my [redacted] credit report and noticed that their agency had posted a negative revolving report on behalf of [redacted] Gym for $ well my first thought was WHAT THE ***, I NEVER HAD A [redacted] GYM MEMBERSHIPso I called themconsidering the fact that I told him I obtained their information from [redacted] agent, the guy refused to give me any information on the account without my current addressI told him he's not getting it for no reason and I have the right to know, at which point he told me to contact [redacted] Gym, which he gave me the number to and I called right afterI spoke to the Manager from [redacted] location, who looked up my name and found NOTHINGNO ACCOUNT WHAT SO EVERshe then Ran my previous address and found an account for A MALEWHOS NAME HAPPENS TO BE K-R-I-S-T-I-J-A-Nmy name is KristinaI contacted the agency back and informed them that they had the wrong person, that they were ruining my credit for no reason at all and that they need to remove that immediatelyat which point I was once again told by the same guy " we got your number from credit bureau, so there's obviously a reason" I told him " yes the reason is you guys [redacted] up and are reporting it under the wrong name" he then asked me " well what number can I reach HIM at" I replied with " I HAVE NO IDEA!!!" TAKE THAT OFF MY CREDIT, THIS IS [redacted] , THIS IS [redacted] AND THIS IS IDENTITY THEFT ON YOUR PART, IF ITS NOT OFF MY CREDIT I Am, GOING TO THE POLICE WITH THIS" he simply replied with "OKAY" and hung up on metoday once again I received a call from themand my voicemail says " this message is for [redacted] ( meaning b [redacted] K [redacted] ) this is regarding an important business matter this is not a marketing call when calling please reference file number XXXXXXX so I calledand I calledand I called.....And I calledno answerleft two messages, last one stating that there is going to be a lawsuit and I am going to the police right now with all this information, with a statement from the manager of the gym, with a printout of [redacted] and with their voicemailsthey refuse to take this off my name even though they have proof its wrong identity and I have had itI have kids and I don't need this type of [redacted] left on my voicemailsI also don't need to have my name and credit ruined by UNPROFESIONALS WHO CANT EVEN DO A NAME CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE GOING AFTER THE RIGHT PERSON [redacted] [redacted] I had [redacted] dispute this and they refused to work with them truthfully tooI don't care what address I lived at previously, I don't care what the issues is, what I care about Is the fact that even the MANAGER DOESNT UNDERSTAND WHY MY NAME IS BEING DRAGGED THROUGH THE MUD WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND THE FILE WITH MY NAME

These guys have called and *** me at all times of the day, have called and *** me to my employer, as well as disclosed information about my debt to them***, this company knowingly does this, and they need to be held responsible for it

I had a issue with Credit Bureau of Canada sending me collections letters regarding a work related injuryI had all my information in order, with claim numbers etcIt was clearly a mistake and was trying to find out whom I needed to contact to clear up the mistakeWhile speaking to this overtly rude women, she told me I would have to pay them the money and deal with Work Safe on my ownI told her that was unfair and I would not pay for something that was not my responsibilityThe women laughed at me and told me to act like a big boy and pay my billsI was appalled at the accusation and the complete lack of professionalismIn addition, when I asked to speak to her manager she cut me off and then proceeded to hang up the phone on meFurthermore, when I finally called back and spoke with the manager he seemed that annoyed with my issues with rude and unprofessional employeeThis was by far one of the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered
