This complaint is regarding Complaint #***, which was never resolvedSack Lunch productions told me they would refund my money within daysIt has been days and no refundSurprise surpriseI will not select satisfied with response button until I receive my refundI knew they were going to try and not give me my refundHello, I paid for a Lantern Fest ticket for $in Denver, COI went to the venue and paid $for parkingThe event was canceled due to windThis event was on 10/16/Everyone was told at the event that it had been canceled and would be rescheduledEmails were sent out about how they planned to reschedule this event for the springThey have not sent out any emails about this event being rescheduled since Feb 1st, and they do not respond to requests on when this event is actually going to take place in DenverI emailed about receiving a refund and the response was, I can't request a refund until the event is rescheduledSo there is the catch 22, they aren't rescheduling this event and I can only receive a refund when they reschedule this eventAll I want is a refund of my money backThe wasted time is gone and I can't get that back, but they never provided the service/event that I paid for and I believe I deserve my money backIf you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out, I would be glad to talk with youEmail is best, but if you call leave a message, I don't answer calls I don't recognize because of the amount of spam calls I get on a daily basisPlease refund me the money I paid for my ticket to Lantern fest of $Let me know how I will receive this refund and when I should expect it Sincerely,

This is in regards to claim #[redacted] against The Lantern Fest. The customer [redacted] ([redacted]) has been sent several emails in regards to the complaint in which we have had no response from her. Our Lantern Fest tickets are covered by insurance and the customer is able to get a full refund through submitting an insurance claim if she is not able to attend the event.
