credit card relief

july first got a letter in mail to put all my credit cards together and as of july 17 the company would take money 300.00 out of my account and my debt would be paid off in 30 months.the money came out and then I got a phone call and said they had not got any money yet because I still needed to sign a paper because they kept spelling my last name wrong.then the first of august took out 489.18 it was to much money so I called owen he is the person assigned to me.I will send you back some money by ups I got a refund of 174.00. then194.49 came out of my account and I called and no answer for 2 weeks
I went to bank and stopped my money because they kept boucing my money.I called another week and no answer.its a scam,I want my money back.
