Review: I previously pressed the #3 to be removed from the companies Do Not Call List, however, the company continues to call our home number. Now, I'm asking under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act that the company provide me with a written copy of it's Do Not Call Policy. I'm reminding the company they have up to 3 weeks to provide this information or I will take legal action. I also want our home number removed from their Do Not Call List and the Do Not Call List of companies they make sales calls on behalf.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Do Not Call Policy and removal of home number from the companies/and third party Do Not Call Lists

Review: Every single day for the last 1-2 months, I come home from work to find an unwanted message from "Credit Card Services" or "Credit Card Holder Services" telling me it's my last chance to correct a problem.I have called them at least 3 times to tell them to stop calling me but they keep on calling.Today I was home and answered. I spoke with a "[redacted]" and told him to stop calling - he hung up on me.I don't know who these people are but they are clearly up to some sort of fraudulent activity to take advantage of people and they are a nuisance.Please help.[redacted]Desired Settlement: 1. Please make them stop calling me - I have submitted them to the National Do Not Call Registry also2. Please investigate them - it seems obvious to me that they are up to no good, to take advantage of unsuspecting people

Review: I have received calls from this company for years! I have been on the no call list and continue to get the calls 2-3 times a week or more. I have pushed their number when asked during the call to be taken off their list. I have stayed on the line to talk to a caller and have been told " good luck with that" when asked to not be called. I have ignored the calls. Today I answered the call stayed on the line and told them not to call me, to take my number off their list or I would go to the Revdex.com. She had the nerve to say "okay, I'll call you tomorrow." I have tried every way I can think of to get them to leave me alone! Almost the only calls I receive on my land line are from them. I shouldn't have to cancel my phone service because of these unethical practices. Can you help me with this problem?Desired Settlement: I want to never be contacted by this company.
