In response to Ms*** complaint regarding the events, I, ***, agree she does need to have her car inspected by a mechanic and our company has made appointments for her to come in and she has missed
every oneWe made an appointment with her to see my lot manager after he initially saw her in May to get more info which the parts warehouse needed in order to program the ECM unit, yet again she never showed or calledMs*** claims she left numerous messages for me which I find hard to believe because I am in my office at 8:30am almost every morningYes I am having some medical issues but those appointments are scheduled in the afternoon so I can be here in the morningsMs*** has been in our office at least times making payments since the so called problem happened and has never said anything to me or my lot manager to address the issueOn the morning of Aug she did call accusing me of being incapable of doing my job, inconsiderate to her needs and that I should pay more attention to my customer's satisfactionHowever she was unwilling to accept anything I had to say or listen to what needed to be done, I promptly ended the callLater that morning of Aug my assistant contacted her to schedule another appointment with her in which she agreed to come in on Sept 5th at 1:00pm to have an ASC mechanic diagnose her vehicle issues and she again never showed or called

I do not trust credit cars to resolve the problem so I am taking care of it on my ownI will never deal with this company again after being treated so rudely
