I am writing in response to *** ***' complaint to the Revdex.com *** purchased a Kia Sorento from Credit Cars in August Her Mother, Renee, came to the
dealership with her to purchase the SUV At the time, she had no meaningful credit, a part time job, and only $1,upfront as a down payment Given her credit and income situation, she was not likely to be approved at a new car dealership Our dealership helped her to purchase the car with no meaningful credit history, only a $1,down payment up-front, and while deferring $more in down payment to a future date We helped her purchase a good, clean, car that fit her situation
I have attached a picture of the vehicle title as well as pictures of the purchase contract, which are fully executed by *** Both of these legal documents show that *** purchased a Kia Sorento, with the VIN on the contract matching the VIN on the title issued by DMV
Regarding the purchase price and interest rate, she did pay a little more for the vehicle, because our lenders purchase the contracts at a discount in order to account for the risk of new auto loan borrowers with no established credit history *** should also keep in mind that tax, title, license, and Gap Waiver are costs totaling $1, These costs, along with dealer profit and the finance company discount, are upfront transactional costs that, when financed, need to be paid down in order for the customer to build equity into the vehicle
Until now, there has not been a complaint from *** We have not heard from her regarding any mechanical issues with the vehicle
I would like to be helpful to ***, but unfortunately our dealership was closed for sales in November and closed for customer repairs in May The assets have since sold for almost nothing to a Santa Rosa dealer
If she would like to e-mail me, I will try to assist her in resolving any vehicle issues

August 18, 2017 I have carefully reviewed Ms. [redacted]'s complaint concerning the contents of her traded Mitsubishi Galant and have also consulted with Mr. Jesse J[redacted] and Mr. [redacted] concerning this matter. I do regret the misunderstanding which resulted in Ms. [redacted]'s belongings being left...

in the vehicle and removed by Mr. J[redacted]. The Dealership management had scheduled the traded vehicle for pickup by the auction and Mr. J[redacted] was trying to preserve the items left in the vehicle. Mr. J[redacted] had no intent to purposely damage any item but did believe that Ms. [redacted] was no longer interested in the contents. Mr. J[redacted] denies offering any type of monetary compensation, however. Mr. [redacted] agrees that Ms. [redacted] came to him concerning her complaint and requests re the new vehicle. He asserts that to the best of his knowledge Ms. [redacted]'s requests concerning the new vehicle were met. Ms. [redacted] is financing her vehicle in-house and we look forward to a continuing and mutually beneficial relationship with Ms. [redacted]. As always, Sisbarro dealership is committed to professionalism in all of our dealings and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Sincerely,Tina S. I am writing in response to [redacted]' complaint to the Revdex.com. [redacted] purchased a 2002 Kia Sorento from Credit Cars in August 2014. Her Mother, Renee, came to the...

dealership with her to purchase the SUV. At the time, she had no meaningful credit, a part time job, and only $1,000 upfront as a down payment. Given her credit and income situation, she was not likely to be approved at a new car dealership. Our dealership helped her to purchase the car with no meaningful credit history, only a $1,000 down payment up-front, and while deferring $500 more in down payment to a future date. We helped her purchase a good, clean, car that fit her situation.
I have attached a picture of the vehicle title as well as pictures of the purchase contract, which are fully executed by [redacted]. Both of these legal documents show that [redacted] purchased a 2002 Kia Sorento, with the VIN on the contract matching the VIN on the title issued by DMV.
Regarding the purchase price and interest rate, she did pay a little more for the vehicle, because our lenders purchase the contracts at a discount in order to account for the risk of new auto loan borrowers with no established credit history. [redacted] should also keep in mind that tax, title, license, and Gap Waiver are costs totaling $1,692.05. These costs, along with dealer profit and the finance company discount, are upfront transactional costs that, when financed, need to be paid down in order for the customer to build equity into the vehicle.
Until now, there has not been a complaint from [redacted]. We have not heard from her regarding any mechanical issues with the vehicle.
I would like to be helpful to [redacted], but unfortunately our dealership was closed for sales in November 2014 and closed for customer repairs in May 2015. The assets have since sold for almost nothing to a Santa Rosa dealer.
If she would like to e-mail me, I will try to assist her in resolving any vehicle issues.
