We have marked *** ***r's account with us as disputed through e-Oscar. To date we haven't received a copy of the payment the patient claims to have paidWe're more than happy to submit a request to the credit bureau to remove this account from *** ***s credit report, we
simply ask for a copy of the receipt that shows resolution of the account balanceIf *** *** would kindly contact our office, we'll be happy to work with him to have this item removed from his credit report

Our client Pro-Health physicians placed account numbers 289342950-& 289463780-for Paul Ryan on 1/17/We sent letters to Paul Ryan on 1/17/and 2/17/On 2/13/a Jen Ryan left a voicemail for a return call at 203-313-stating trying to pay a bill for her husband
She did not leave her husbands name, however our caller ID displayed the name Paul RyanWe searched our database and found the accounts numbers I list earlierOn 2/13/at 8:am we returned her call and left a voicemail for her to return our callOur call was never returnedOn 2/22/our client Pro-Health reported to us that both accounts were paid in full and we made the accounts a zero balance in our systemThese accounts were never reported to the credit bureaus so there is no negative affect against Paul Ryan's credit scoreOur hours of operation of Monday - Friday 8:30-5pmOur phones lines are answered everyday between those hours and are answered by a live operator and not by an automated attendant with a phone system that people can get lost inRegarding the letter taking (8) days to reach the consumer, I agree it does seem too long of a time period, however I am not the USPS and cannot speak to what their internal processes are

*** *** did have two insurances at the time of serviceShe did call us when she received notification from our office and advised she had secondary insurance and that it needed to be billedWe took *** ***'s insurance information, verified coverage and billed for the balance
owedWe did not at any point advise she didn't owe the balanceWhen we followed up with insurance company the $balance was applied to the patient's deductible, making the patient responsibleThe balance is satisfied and we have deleted this item off her credit report

We received Mr. [redacted]'s account(s) on 8/16/16. We sent a notice to Mr. [redacted] on 8/17/16, 9/18/16 & 10/17/16. We also left a voicemail for Mr. [redacted] on 9/6/16. Mr. [redacted] didn't respond to any these previously attempted communications. On 11/14/2016 Mr. [redacted] left a voicemail for us to call...

him back, we did as asked and he informed us that these accounts should have been taken care of by the client. On 11/14/2016 the client was in contact with our office that these balances were paid in full. We have closed out these accounts in our office and have submitted a request to all (3) credit bureaus to have these accounts removed from Mr. [redacted]'s report.

We are very sorry that [redacted] has had a negative experience with our company, that is definitely not our intention. It is our daily mission to assist and help consumers with their medical bills. It's what we've been doing for the last 50 years. Mr. Ryan states he has no record of our company calling him back, however we do have a report of the outgoing calls for that day showing that we indeed called back the phone number [redacted] on 2/13/2017. I cannot send the entire report as it shows all calls placed on that day and it would be a Hippa violation for us, however I can certainly forward the one line item that displays the telephone number and time of call.Thank you!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:It has not been our experience that CCI answers calls personally.  On each occasion we called during this dispute never once did a person answer the phone.  Nor does our billing or call history indicate that a representative from CCI ever returned a call to my wife.  Had they done so, we would have resolved the issue sooner.  While I am certainly aware that you are not the USPS, as they are a very professional and well run entity, I am suspect of any organization that issues letters that arrive 8 days later, especially when the business is located in the next town over.    In short, I would recommend to anyone dealing with CCI that they resort to the original billing entity as you will have a tough time resolving with them.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
