Dear Sir/Ma'am, Credit Connection Auto Sales Inchad spoken to MsEnos with regards to this issue. The agreement was the car would be fixed and that she needed to be current on her payments and needed to bring the insurance check that was received for the damage to the vehicle so that the body damage could be fixed at an Auto Body/Collision Center, the insurance check was made out to MsEnos and Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc., This check was cashed and Credit Connection Auto Sales Inchad not signed nor gave permission for this check to be cashedThis insurance check was for repairs/Body work to MsEnos vehicle, also MsEnos did not become current with her payments or keep up her end of the agreement. Credit Connection Auto Sales Inctried multiple times to get this issue resolved Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. will Be seeking Legal Action with regards to the insurance check that was cashed without our consentThe check was for repairs to the vehicle not to be cashed and the repairs not done

Dear *** ***, This is a response to complaint ID# ***. Customer
began leasing said vehicle on 02/11/15, the inspection was completed on 02/06/15. Customer had an appointment on 02/24/15, customer did not show up for this appointment, we rescheduled this appointment for 03/03/15, we replaced the gas cap because it was causing an evap leak. Customer came in and spoke to us in regards to the vehicle leaking gas, we immediately went and spoke to the mechanic and the mechanic stated that he would look at the vehicle right there on the spot, they told us that the vehicle was not here, so we made them another appointment for 03/18/15, again they did not show up for the appointment, we told them that we would fix the issue at no cost to them. Also there was never anything brought to our attention about any issues with the transmission, if they get the vehicle to us we will gladly take a look at the vehicle for them. Attached is a copy of the invoice for the work that was done to the vehicle for the State Inspection and Emissions, also attached is copy of our policy on Check Engine / Warning Lights and a copy of our policy on Towing and Loaner Vehicles, all of which were signed by the customer. They are lying still about not showing up for for the appt on 2/24/15 we called to reschedule due to my work schedule and they made the new appt on 3/3/15 which we did show up for and we were there for 2-3 hours waiting cause that is when they did the inspection and fixed the back passanger side door cause they had to put a new motor in the window cause it was broke when we got it and they fixed the driverside tail light also.They did not make us an appt for 3/18/15 for the gas leak cause they never got back to us after we called after hours and then drove over there to show them the video as proof of the gas leak and the female that was  was working that day took my fiencees phone into the  ggarage to show someone that works there the video and she came back a couple minutes later and said it wasnt covered under the warranty and that someone would get back to us with a estimate and we never heard anything from anyone.They could have just marked us in the book cause we never heard from them about anything like I said before.they never said they would fix the issue for no cost to us cause they both said it wasnt covered under are warranty that is is only the engine and transmission that is cover everything else we have to pay for out of pocket and we have to let them do the work we cant take it to anyone else of our choice.the warranty paperwork that we have doesnt have any info about the warranty and how long it is good for.when she asked if we had the vehicle there we said yes cause that was our only vehicle to get anywhere.we had contacted them a couple different times about the transmission and all the male said was it dont sound like the transmission to me.it was hard for me to take the vehicle at that time over cause of my work schedule and I told him that and he said to call whenever we could bring it over.but when I called to tell him about the transmission again it was not drive able that far so we asked for them to come get it and he said they dont do that.so we told him that they are not getting anymore money out of us when they are refusing to fix any of the problems so we didnt make the payment for 7/15 or 8/15 until the issues are corrected but we are affraid to keep dealing with them because of the problems with the car and the lies they are saying.it is not a threat about going to the news staitions cause we already contacted them .they have done alot wrong things.they have not made good faith to fix the se issues at all.I will never recommend them to anyone for a vehicle.at the end of July they came and repoed the vehicle cause of nonpayment so they have the vehicle to fix it now .that is a lie they dont take avanage of people and the customers are defently not number one cause they would let people drive around with a car leaking gas cause that is a very big saftey hazard and very unsafe.and we told them we werent paying cause they were basicly telling us that the money had to come out our pocket and that we were lying about the transmission cause he kept saying it wasnt the transmission.thank you

I am rejecting this response because:When I purchased the car the sales man told me that they would fix the issue with the oil burning and to my knowledge the issue was not fixed.  I also am very bothered when they said I never told them about my car door handles when I gave the salesman a paper of the issues with the vehicle.  I am currently going through a lot of oil and as for the car, I really do not want to keep the car being that I took it to my friend who owns a car shop and he said the car is not worth buying being that the car is presenting more problems.  Today is April 29th and I still have not received my registration sticker and the paper on the back of my rear glass expires 5/2/2014.  I am really unsatisfied with the dealer and the way they are not  helping me solve the issue.  I just want my money back and they can have the car.  I asked for something to be taken care of and it was not fixed and I also showed the salesman the codes that came up on the machine indicating the car has an issue when they told me they would fix the check engine light and now they are saying they will not fix it, I personally think I was scammed into buying this vehicle.  One code is the [redacted] and the other is the [redacted]. I do not think it is fair with the service I am getting due to the fact that all my payments have been done on time and their are times when I call and they do not call me back when they say they would and the woman I asked whom is the manager said my car would not fixed and she also said I was not a professional and my reply to her was I am not a professional I am a customer.  I have friends who work for the state police and they even told me the service their is not good being that they take people for granted and I am really bothered how they have been treating me. If something were to happen that my kids are in the car and the door handle does not close due to them not fixing it and the door would swing open again, I will press charges and if need be I will take this to court being that we are talking of the safety of my 2 sons ages 11 and 5. All I asked was that the car get fixed but now all I get is the run around and also I noticed some parts in the engine that were not tightened making a loud rattle when the car is turned on. I also noticed the oil was never changed when the car was returned to me and I know it because it was black after I did the oil change myself.  All I ask is to get my money back  so I can go somewhere else and purchase a car that will not give me as much issues as this one has and if if we need to go to court I am all good to go all I need to do is contact my lawyer.

                                     This is in response to the rejection of our initial response for complaint ID# [redacted].  Customer began leasing said vehicle on 02/11/15.  We made appointments for the customer to have the vehicle looked at on 02/24/15 which they did not show up for, we rescheduled that appointment for 03/03/15.  In regards to the vehicle leaking gas we made them an appointment on 03/18/15 and again they did not show up for that appointment.  We told them that we would fix the issues but unfortunately we cannot fix the issues or diagnose the problem if they do not bring the vehicle to us, we stated that we would fix the issues at no cost to them. We had no knowledge of there being an issue with the transmission, like I said in our initial response if they bring the vehicle to us we will take a look at the vehicle and get these issues resolved.  They can bring the vehicle to us anytime that is good for them and we will get the vehicle checked out.  We are not exactly sure how we are lying or giving false information and do not appreciate the threat of going to news stations when we have done nothing wrong, we have made good faith efforts to get these issues resolved.  Again if they get the vehicle to us we will get these issues resolved, the customer can bring the vehicle to us to have the issues resolved, Whenever is good for them. 
                                    As of 07/27/15 the vehicle was disabled for non-payment, as of that date the customer was 18 days past due.  We do not take advantage of anyone or any of our customers, our customers are our number one priority.  Thank You again for your time and concern in this very important matter and we look forward to getting these issues resolved.

I leased a vehicle that developed engine trouble. As they have no loaners, when the vehicle was serviced it took almost 1 1/2 months to be returned to me. I am on disability so luckily I did not have to go to a job or this would have been much worse. Less than about 6 months later the same issue arose where they had to "replace" the engine again with approximate same "repair" time frame. Meanwhile trying to get this vehicle to pass inspection was impossible. There were so many issues with it that I spent a small fortune just trying to get this done and it never did. The staff will constantly tell you they will call you back and never will. If you go in to attempt to get an answer on an issue you get the old song and dance act. This place thrives on the community that has no other recourse than to pay outrageous prices for broken down vehicles. After the transmission went out on the vehicle and it took over a month to just tell me what the issue was one of the staff stated, "You should just get some more money and come get another car because, I don't think that one is worth it", I decided I could no longer do business with these people. I feel they should be avoided at all cost.

[redacted], the complaint involves billing or collection issues. In regards to the collection issue, **. [redacted] began leasing the vehicle from Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. on 09/12/2013, **. [redacted] had an agreement to make 19 monthly payments of $300.00. **. [redacted] was delinquent on his first payment and only made partial payments at times, Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. made numerous agreements with **. [redacted] in regards to his payments. **. [redacted]s 1st payment was due on 09/30/2013, on 10/04/2013 **. [redacted] made a payment of $160.00, on 11/08/2013 he made a payment of $200.00, on 11/15/2013 $100.00, 12/06/2013 $200.00, 12/13/2013 $100.00, 01/10/2014 $100.00, 01/17/2014 $200.00, 02/07/2014 $100.00. When **. [redacted]s vehicle was disabled for non-payment, he called in and told us to come pick up the vehicle. **. [redacted] has been delinquent numerous times and we have made numerous attempts to get his account current.
In regards to **. [redacted]s personal items, the vehicle was cleaned out and put into bags for him to pick-up, **. [redacted] picked up his personal items and we at Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. had no knowledge of any personal items missing. Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. asks anyone who picks up personal belongings to check there things before they leave the dealership.

Credit Connection Auto Sales inc. recieved a complaint on 05/01/2014 in regards to [redacted] ID# [redacted] rejecting our response to said complaint.**. [redacted] wrote in his response that he has not recieved his registration, Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. verified that his registration was mailed from Penn Dot to **. [redacted] on 04/23/2014, In regards to the check engine light, check Engine, Service Engine Lights are not covered(which is stated on the warranty form). **. [redacted] also stated that the salesperson promised to fix certian things, our procedure is that if something is promised to a customer it must be in writing approved and signed by the manager. We are writing this in response to a complaint that your office received from [redacted] Complaint#[redacted].

[redacted] began leasing said vehicle on 02/13/2016, at which time she test drove the vehicle, at no time during the test drive or the...

following 11days was Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. notified of any problems. On 02/25/2016 Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. was notified that there was an issue with said vehicle, at this time we attempted to schedule an appointment to have the vehicle repaired, the soonest appointment available was on 03/11/2016. At this time [redacted] stated that appointment was unacceptable and that we needed to fix said vehicle immediately. On 02/26/16 a male called in saying that he was [redacted] father, we explained to him that the next available appointment was on 03/11/2016, he began to call our employee derogatory names. On 03/01/2016 said vehicle was towed in to our Carlisle location at which time it was discovered that the vehicle had been in an accident, that it was 4 quarts of oil low, and that the vehicle had been driven 2700 miles in 12 days. [redacted] does have the life of the lease warranty which was chosen at the time the paperwork was signed.
Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. reserves the right to reject or cancel any warranty without cause, which was stated to her at lease signing as well as signed by [redacted] that she understood. Further more it states in her contract that the vehicle will be kept in good working order and that she will be responsible for all operating costs such as gasoline and oil.

Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. cannot honor a warranty when there is clear evidence of misuse, continuing to drive a vehicle without engine oil is clear evidence of misuse, all factors considered with the appearance of the vehicle (due to accident), excessive miles in a short period of time and driving the vehicle without engine oil Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. Cannot honor the warranty.
Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. makes every effort possible to provide the consumer with reliable transportation, We do not lease or sell any vehicle that has any known problems or issues and we make every effort to fix a problem or issue if one does arise.
[redacted] may contact us between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm Monday thru Friday. We will make every effort to try and help [redacted] get these issues resolved or explore other options that are agreeable to all parties involved.

warning lights, services required to correct a "check engine" warning light cannot be performed here. Often what is required but not limited to is an Oxygen Sensor, Plugs, Wires, Coils, Gas Cap, Catalytic Converters. Sometimes it is very difficult to determine which is needed and parts are non returnable. Therefore we cannot offer those services. Only lubricated parts of the motor and transmission are covered by the warranty. Attached is a copy of our policy on Check Engine / Warning Lights, also attached is a copy of the warranty that Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. provided [redacted] all of which were signed by [redacted].in regards to the issue about the inspection, at NO TIME would any mechanic of Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. perform a "faulty inspection" or pass a vehicle for inspection with a check engine light on.[redacted] and Credit Connection Auto Sales Inc. have come to an agreement that was acceptable to her.
