Tell us why here...There is a disagreement between [redacted] Group and [redacted] Building regarding monies owed to [redacted] building Progress Contracting has nothing to do with this dispute at all and has acted legally and ethically in every manner regarding this project Even the Town of [redacted] Building Department is familiar with this case and in agreement that there was no wrongdoing on our part [redacted] Building Co (a licensed general contractor) was in fact hired by [redacted] Group to complete a construction and renovation project Due to the complexity of the project, [redacted] building Co, as the Owners agent, hired Progress Contracting Corp as one of its many subcontractors Progress Contracting was hired to assist and consult on a wide veriety of Building Code, saftety and and technical issuesBecause of this, it was logical for Progress Contracting to be responsible for the building permit also By signing the agreement with [redacted] Building, [redacted] was authorizing the Owner of [redacted] building to act as his agent for the project [redacted] Building in turn, hired Progress Contracting along with many other subcontractors (several of whom needed separate permits and many of whom the Owner may have never met) such as an engineer, labor contractor, plumbing contractor, electrical contractor, framing contractor, insulation contractor, plastering contractor, tiling contractor, HVAC contractor, ectProgress Contracting has fulfilled its contract with [redacted] Building to this point A major part of this included being present on site for various stages There are employees of [redacted] Building and subcontractors who will attest to our presence on site.Please let me know if this response is insufficient in any way I will gladly provide more information.Thank You
