I signed up with this company to control my debt, not only did they give info about what I could ultimately inclue in consolidation But the take money out every month and do send anything to show what I paid down..On top of that they asked for updated statements from creditors I oweI thought they were taking over the debt They have horrible customer service RUDE RUDE RUDE

As of weeks ago this has been settled the posting error on the wells fargo account was a wells fargo error but we have corrected that quickly by contacting wells fargo, as a courtesy CCC has also waived the service fee for that month***

*** start the debt management program on 6/23/and her last payment was on 4/28/when she called CCC and said
she wanted to cancel because she paid all the accounts in fullNot sure how she did the math that she was in the debt management program for years, I calculate months till she paid off all her debtI don't understand how she can say a week after canceling from the CCC program she went to collections she told us she paid off all her debts in full so how could that happen?
Prior to entering into the debt management program she was already behind on several of her credit cards and since entering into the program, CCC has set up new payment arrangements and lowering her interest rates and stopping her late fees and also got the accounts brought current again some of the many great benefits our debt management program has to offer
*** states she got $in fees on one credit card not sure how that is true for only being in the program months and the first payment to CCC was only a half payment to start$in fees would be $a month in fees never seen anyone get $a month in just fees on balances less than $1,000, so not sure how that math is correct
Second if she was getting that much in fees why did she not call the first month and say something, CCC does not get statements from her creditors only she does and as stated in her New Client Disclosures & Acknowledgements that she must Read & Sign item 3.) Creditor Statements and Letters- We do not receive statements from your creditorYou must send us a copy of your most recent statement from each creditor every months for account updates and reviewand item 10.) Questions or Concerns? Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX between 9-EST Monday through Friday not sure why if she had concerns months ago she did not callCCC need's her help to tell us something is wrong with fees *** gets the statements not CCC and one would only think she would watch her statements each month to make sure everything looks good and if not call us not months later

First off I did not say I wanted to cancel with ccc because I was all caught up on the bills I told them I wanted to cancel because I had all kinds of fees on a credit card that did not accept the programThey never told me that it was not accepted so I kept getting fees for late payments and overdraft feesWhen I went to cancel they told me to wait and let the manager try and get it sorted outHe did tell me that I was suppose to turn in statements every few months but originally when I signed up no one told me that so I did notI never heard back from him when he was suppose to be checking on it so two weeks later I called and cancelled cccWhen I called to cancel it the new rep that I had said that if she was my rep back then she would have told me that credit one does not ever except the program and I could have paid that on my ownOnce I cancelled with ccc and called my credit cards there was another credit card I found out did not accept them and I had owed more on now then what I did when I originally signed up with ccc

with all clients we only do auto withdrawal from a checking account, but [redacted] insisted on doing a money order so we agreed. Mr [redacted] stated he was sending in the money order in May and told my rep he sent it so we entered the file thinking he was telling us the truth.
As we waited for the money in the mail he was informed again that nothing will happen till we receive the first payment as stated on the New client Disclosures and acknowledgements page that he must read and sign. Item 20) the process of enrolling you in the debt management plan and contacting your creditors will begin when we receive ALL THE FOLLOWING... item 5.) First Deposit. [redacted] signed the Disclosures saying he understands. [redacted] went through with him that nothing starts till we get that first payment no exceptions for the very reason that Mr. [redacted] says he sent the money order and never did, we are not going to work and call all the creditors and not get paid for our service no one in the debt management business starts till at least the setup fee is collected. But to miss inform us and say he mailed the payment and did not is not right he would not work for free nor CCC. Is that what [redacted] does asks a company to do the services and then walk out the door and not pay?? Or say the money is in the mail and really it is not.
We are a professional company offering debt management to thousands of people in our program. We are ISO certified for our quality management system and CCC is audited every year to make sure we comply with the highest standards for debt management services. We will review our quality procedures and make sure we are still exceeding the standard per Mr [redacted] request. All calls are monitored and corrective action is taken if anyone is not meeting the standard.
At this point we have done all we can without some commitment from [redacted] that he will even do the program after we do all the work. Problem is Mr [redacted] wants to tell CCC how the program should run and not listen to how the program works from a reputable company that has been in business for over 18 years doing payment arrangements.

I did not say I sent in the money order, nor did [redacted] make it clear that I needed to send it in before the program started. I did not want to give my money with no plan given to the debtors because they haven't shown me that they contacted my debtors. Also, the only option they offered was auto debit, they would not let me send a check.

Obviously I did not understand and [redacted] had multiple times to make it clear that the program would not start until the payment was received. I repeatedly asked her for a status update and I received the same response:

It just takes time to complete all state requirements.

As an example - Just think back when you have bought a home or modified a loan, it is the same type of process with our underwriting and very detailed procedure.

All looks well and is 100% on track and I see no signs of concern.

This is an unprofessional jab. If [redacted] would have been more upfront and more informative (reminding me I needed to send it in before the program started), all of this could have been avoided and I would have sent that in rather than having to push them for status updates. It would have been different if I didn't reach out, I would totally be understanding about the delay, but she had multiple opportunities to let me know they were waiting on the first deposit rather than saying everything looks good. On the 26, I asked for the company to provide results because I didn't trust them (because of [redacted]) before I would continue on since it was taking so long. I NEVER said the money was in the mail as I would not have lied about that. Over two weeks went by with no communication initiated on their end stating that they were still waiting on it.

I have reviewed Mr. [redacted] account and
all creditors have been paid on time and most are done through electronic
payments.  The only one is the [redacted] that we paid on Oct...

7th and had to mail the payment so the delay
in mail time would be the only part.  But
we send out money to the creditors based on when we receive the money I can’t
send out funds if they are not here to send out.  We receive money once a month on the 1st
and have been sending out payments the same for the last 3 years. 
The online statement has always been the same
for the last 10 years we put up the following month it is a monthly statement we
have to finish the month before I can upload the data to the site and usually
the first week in the following month the previous month is up at the site.  This has not changed over the years we are
never a month behind or we would be getting calls all day because thousands of
clients count on those up at www.cccsmartmoney.com
each month.
We can furnish a full accounting that your
creditors are paid each month if you are getting statements showing different
please call your CSR @877-238-1665 our friendly and helpful staff is available from
9-6 M-F to answer all your questions.
All payments go out to your creditors each

I talked to ccc indy and started to go with their plan, then I read about them ... stopped the program and they still are deducting money from my acct. and I can't get a refund for some reason... be careful with this compnay

Review: I contracted CCC Indy to negotiate a payment plan and issue payments on my behalf to a debt collection law firm representing a student loan that had gone into collections. I was unable to negotiate a reasonable payment plan based on my income, but the collector agreed to terms with CCC Indy. I authorized biweekly payments including a fee to CCC Indy to manage the payments. Payments were initiated in June 2014. Since then, I've $144 withdrawn by ccc indy biweekly, in turn, $250 payments were to be sent monthly to [redacted], the collections firm, on the 22nd. Total amount paid to CCC is $2489, to date. I confirmed with my account representative via email that everything was in place to make the payment to the creditor every month. From then on, I assumed the money being withdrawn each month was paying down my balance with the loan, and also the fee to Ccc. I logged into the CCC website to check my statement monthly, and the balances seemed correct. I logged into the website today on a whim to check, and I noticed my loan balance had actually increased to an amount greater than the original judgment. Concerned, I called CCC after sending an email to my account rep. They informed me that my old rep had left the company months ago, and that my new rep was not available. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor told me they had a check returned for the October payment, with a "bad address." So they looked online for the correct address and resent it. I asked had they confirmed my payments had been applied, had the checks been cashed, he told me they didn't confirm this information for any customers or accounts, that I should be getting staatements from the collector. I had never received any kind of statement beyond the judgment I had to sign agreeing to the payment terms. I called [redacted] to see that I could get a balance statement. They informed me they were seeking a garnishment ruling, a court date had been set for the garnishment hearing, that they hadn't received a single payment since November. They told me I had to pay the balance in full. I was completely blindsided. They provided me with a time and date they left a message with CCC attempting to contact them for late payment, they had left a message with my new account rep, who never returned their call. At this point, I was able to get them to agree to set up a payment from me, within 24 hours, for the amount I was behind, $510. I had paid over $2489 via automatic bank drafts to Ccc, including $364 in fees, and $2125 for loan payments, and [redacted] had only received $1090. I arranged to let [redacted] begin automatic withdrawals for payment from my checking acccount. I also must agree to waive a trial for garnishment of wages should I miss a single future payment. The garnishment order will bypass any court and go straight to my employer. Technically I am still being sued for garnishment until I return these signed forms to [redacted]. Not once was I contacted by CCC to inform me of a returned check, or the possibility that my account with [redacted] hadn't been paid. ccc continued to draw money from my account, but did not see to it that the money sent was appliec to my loans. Finally, after several calls, I got someone to investigate what happened the checks allegedly sent to [redacted]. The checks from October and December were never cashed, and the check fromJanuary was returned to CCC, at which time thye resent. It has not been cashed since. They are in the process of getting "approval" to put a stop on the checks that were znever caxhed, and they have promised to cancel future withdrawals from my checking account, but have not agreed to refund me the fees I've paidnfor their services, that actually just resulted in getting me sued for non payment. I do not know if or when I will get the $1399 I sent to CCC that was never paid to my creditor. No one at CCC seems to know "what happened" or why they were sending checks to the "wrong address," or why no one contactec me, although [redacted] confirms that their address has not changed and they received checks prior to October, and for November, but not for October, December or January.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of all fees paid to CCC and all money withdrawn for payyment to my creditor, that my creditor never received, plus the additional fee amount I will incur during garnishment proceedings, as a result of CCCs failure to inform me or seek timely resolution of payment issues that resulted in my being sued for garnishment. I have never missed a payment to CCC.
