Credit Expectation

I am a customer of credit expectation my credit repair person is *** I had an agreement with *** for her to fix my credit for $895 within 6 months. This process started September of 2018. *** has not lived up to her obligation which was to fix my credit and have it in the Low to mid 7 hundreds. My credit scores are still in the 600 and it is a year later. I have contacted *** in June of 2019 to express my disappointment with her add the company credit expectations she then told me that I can get credit using my TransUnion score because that score was high enough to get approved by ***, *** and Forever 21. I was denied by all 3. I called her today July 5th 2019 to let her know that those lines should be removed off my credit because she gave those to me and I was denied. She then went right back into it's not her responsibility she did not tell me to do that and I express to her that I have it in writing what she told me she then said she is not responsible for it again and she is not removing them from my credit and this is the real kicker she has gotten $1100 from me to fix my credit and refuses to fix it anymore. She refuses to acknowledge that we had an agreement for my credit to be at a certain point and she has now blocked Me from calling her phone number and the work phone number. I called and she told the receptionist not to accept my calls so at this point I need your help with seeing if this is a legitimate company or have I just been scamed.
