Credit Exterminators Debt Relief Services

I signed up with Credit Exterminators in October 2018. April (the owner and manager) started working on my file. She promised to get my score up to make 750. To date I have been trying to get her and her staff to work on my file and my score is still not a 750. I called April several times and was barely able to receive an answer then when she did answer she would make false promises to get on track but never did. My file was handed off to several people who would all give an excuse. To date July, 30, 2019 my credit is still not repaired... April’s company, Credit Exterminators, did not complete helping me with my fixing my credit but however she continued to bill me for services to be provided. April told me in order to keep the services going the monthly payments have to be made. I don’t understand why April is taking money from innocent people who are trying to get their credit together. April’s company has been charging me for months and has not done next to anything. They are ripping people off, taking money and not providing the promised work. Like I have been paying for nothing. I have been trying to work with them but it’s ridiculous. When I voiced my complaint to April her response was “we have over 2,000 clients” . She made me feel as if my money and goals were not as important as her other clients. April is very rude. I asked for a refund she declined. I asked for the manager over her she declined to give me any information. I later found out she is the owner. I want my money back for the months of service I paid for and did not receive. They make you have your account up to date financially so they can work on my file but then I pay and nothing gets done.

Signed up for services in November 2018 after a lengthy conversation with Owner regarding credit repair services. She advised to sign up for accelerated services at $1500 in 3 payments and $50 a month thereafter. Since sign up, verified no actual work has been performed to indicate valid credit repair. I had to perform additional duties outside of this service to attempt to improve credit, as they did not do anything. I've submitted multiple messages, calls and requests for escalation to repair and received nothing but excuses and push off. On several occasions, where there was supposed to be a meeting call or update, no call; I had to initiate, or chase my worker for status and received word from Owner my worker called out or sick. Three different occasions, EACH time we're scheduled for an update. I spent $1650 to DATE and my credit has not even be repaired - matter of fact it dropped from the online submissions of disputes. I could do that myself, which I indicated to the Owner. She assured me they are different and go beyond just online dispute to the Credit Bureau. I contacted one of the creditors myself as I was previously informed by my case worker that a dispute was submitted to the company. I was informed by the creditor that no such dispute exist, nor had they received anything to refute a dispute! I've complained several times via phone and email and messaging on their client portal about lack of services and was assured it will be corrected and repaired. I am looking for half of the services money back as I had to do more than half the work. Sticking with them, I ended up with ZERO results. I
