I have repeatedly asked this business to refund the over $900 that my wife and I paid for their services advertised as "credit repair". All they did was submit disputes on our behalf and now have made it impossible to try and make payment arrangements with these organizations. After they finished charging us all of this money, they then turned around and told us to pay them an additional monthly fee because since we started with them new accounts were added. None of this was explained to us from the beginning and their service did absolutely nothing to improve our credit scores or report. This company is fraudulent and is not doing anything but taking peoples money. ONe of my wifes co workers who went through their company also had the same complaint. She stated her daughter used their service paid over $500 and it did absolutely nothing to improve the credit score. They also caused me several overdraft fees after I repeatedly told them I no longer wished to have their service and to stop charging my account. This company is fraudulent
signed up for Credit Repair Services on November 03 2015, please see attached contract agreements labeled “Exhibit #1” “Exhibit #2” I am not sure why a claim is now being made 4 and a half years later is allowed but we will answer all questions and provide proof to all allegations below: “Exhibit #1” ***, client authorization “Exhibit #2” Contract that *** signed on November 03 2015, that says we work on your credit for only 3 months per agreement then we have to renew to continue. “Exhibit #3” State ID verifying the Signature on the contract was *** “Exhibit #4” Credit Report from *** showing the results from the first credit repair agreement on November 03 2015 “Exhibit #5” A complete timeline of when *** restarted his credit repair showing his accounts updates which were: Accounts being deleted, Late payments being Deleted, Collections being deleted. New errors that *** has made, New accounts *** was approved for. ***There is not available timeline for *** started credit repair in 2015 because our system was not affiliated with the credit reporting agency’s at that time we operated with paper files in 2015 which was the reason for “Exhibit #4” Complaint ID ***, credit repair results in a snap shot:

*** was able to obtain New Credit Card account because we repaired his credit report: 1. *** 2. *** 3. ***/***
Conclusion: ***, hired Credit Freedom on November 03, 2015 the above proof shows we repaired many of his accounts which rose his credit score. (TERMS OF CONTRACT) After *** 3 month contract was up it was time re renew *** agreement with us which we provide at a reduced rate of $39,00 you can see this on the contract “Exhibit #1” which *** signed his ID is attached as “Exhibit #3” to verify this was *** signature.
***, denied the renewal of his contract because he could not afford the continued service at the time.
***, then contact Credit Freedom May 08, 2019 to restart his credit repair which May 08, 2019 now had many new errors on his credit report, so we informed we will work on his credit until 11/21/2019 to give ***, extra time as he was a previous client but he still will have to renew *** contract after 11/21/2019.
***, denied the renewal contract again but now *** has even more accounts added to his credit report since we restarted his credit on May 08 2019. Credit Freedom advised ***, the new account on his credit are collection account from bills he has not paid and we cannot continue to remove new bills after new bills as the account we went over with *** on May 08th 2019 were already NEW accounts since his original credit repair back on November 03 2015 that was not fully completed as the renewal contract was denied to continue at that time.
The client ***, thinks credit Freedom should work on credit reports until everything is off which would be understandable but not if NEW account continue to come onto the report over and over again which is what has happened on ***, credit report this is why our contract is a 3 month contract only so if anything new is added we can work on those new accounts on the renewal contract but *** denied the renewal contract 2 times and now is sending us to the Revdex.com, if *** did not like Credit Freedom why come back years later? All we did was follow our contract which is what we do with every client.
