I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has refused to work directly...

with me on a reasonable solution. I reached out to them three times prior to writing a Revdex.com complaint and got the same unacceptable response each time. They have not attempted to contact me directly since writing the Revdex.com complaint and as they said they would in their Revdex.com response to my complaint. Therefore, there has been no progress in resolving this matter.
