Review: [redacted] , [redacted] are not certified people to work on credit scores and they play with peoples dreams by saying yes you can buy a house in 6 month and he mentioned my credit score will get high on average 85 points and it didnt happen ... the credit cards and repo is still on my credit...??? so what have you done to charge me over 800 dollars for 5 months..They only call you back if you put stop on the payment but if you called to ask a question ...[redacted] or [redacted]n (his wife) say will call you back... then Tim is the one you will be contacting by email.and when you ask TIM a question he says try your luck with blah blah.... obviously his son and when I asked [redacted] by email about who is TIM and what is his qualifications ? then he says he is qualified by experience ... lol this means I can work as a doctor by experience...They record video of you without even prior notice which is illegalll... he has a cheap 20 dollar camera looks like a microphone.. and puts you on speaker and records without your notice!!if anyone wants copy of the emails to see how is Credit investigation services are scamers let me know! [redacted] is a good talker but dont be fooled!Desired Settlement: I want my money back..you put me in the dream that I can buy a house in 6 months... and it cant happen because you didn't do what you were supposed to do! the negative items are still there.only a court order and few inquires were taken off my credit

Is so far removed from the truth Here is the last email provided to the client (names withheld due to confidentially agreement):[redacted],We agree, it makes no sense your score would go down. This is why we would like to review the new report and compare it to the one when you began our service. Possible reasons (included but not limited to) for a score decrease are: Additional late payments Additional inquiries Additional name or ID mismatches Good credit dropping off due to it being to old to continue to rate (obsolete)New collections, charge offs or judgments Change in status of an item from being overdue to collections, charge offs or judgments Our curiosity is peaked since the lowering of your score defies all logic in consideration of the restoration process. We will provide a full analysis once we review your most recent credit report in which the score has decreased. Please fax it to [redacted].Our records indicate we had 11 negative items removed from you report including a judgment and 27 deleted from your girlfriend's.Tim is qualified due to his experience. He has performed this process on thousands of customers and had tens of thousands of negative entries removed from credit reports.I did not receive any notification such as emails, voices messages or texts you were wanting me to call back until this email.We do not promise our clients will be able to buy houses or cars after going through our program. Being in the automotive sales industry, you may know qualification for such credit and/or purchases require far more than a good credit score. Underwriting guidelines are even more restrictive for home purchases. We do warranty our work. If nothing negative is removed after going through our program we will refund money. Between the two of you we have seen 38 negative erroneous, obsolete and inaccurate items removed to date. Our service is a six month process which has not been completed yet coupled this with the success we have experienced in removing a substantial number of negative erroneous, obsolete and inaccurate items consequently; we will be unable to refund the monies provided to us for the services we have rendered to date.In a brief review of your results we have noticed there are several new collections on your reports. This alone would explain why the scores would go down. Going forward both of you would benefit from opening new lines of credit. While this may be difficult now, it is not impossible. You need to start at the right place. May I suggest a secured credit card (from a place of your choosing, you might want to try www.bankrate.com) and a furniture loan from Aaron's Furniture. They report on all three credit bureaus once the item is paid off. You will need to enroll in their financing program (meaning do not pay off the item with all cash on the day you take it from the store). With these new lines of credit I can't emphasize enough how important it will be to stay on time with your payments.We will honor your cancellation request and not draft monies for services performed over the past month. Paul and his team has done an outstanding job increasing my credit score to be in a lend-able range with a good interest rate. All they said would be done was! I give them an A+!
