Yes, I am aware that Ms [redacted] came back into the store She is saying that the chain was the wrong chain and that she wanted her chain back We informed her that when we took in her chain, we put it in a bag and it goes straight to the back and stays with that bag thru the whole process which is out procedure We also informed her that we do not carry chains that smallShe told us that she just got it out of her jewelry box to repair it and knew it was not that small because she had worn it previously We informed her that sometimes people do not realize that when they broke the chain they may have lost some of it If it was in her jewelry box, she may not have rememberedThe chain did not have a clasp and that is very common when you lose part of the chain She was upset so I gave her money back and ask her multiple times if there was anything else she would like We even offered her another chain to replace that one so that she would not leave upset She said no and that she was just going to have to contact the Revdex.com We tried to please her but she was not having it
