personal loan application with Credit Loan LLC. Give all my information and no responds
I filled out the application on line with all my information (SS#, Driver Lic and bank acct ) at the end of the application they said the will match me up company and direct me the that website and when they did it did look right but I continued and the website said get started I clicked on it said your application is completed nothing else like what loan company no information tried calling Credit Loan LLC emailed them twice no responds now my information out there floating and can't get a copy of my application nothing.
give some more details of whats going on or what is the next step, did I get approve. Return my email or call
This office serves as corporate and litigation counsel to Credit Loan, LLC. Credit Loan provides a
service wherein customers can submit their information to lenders that may be able to provide them with
short term loan services. Credit Loan is not a lender, does not make lending decisions and does not
disclose consumer information except as directed by the consumer and is accordance with permissions
received from the consumer. Furthermore, Credit Loan is not in any way engaged in the lending process
or subsequent collection efforts.
My client received and reviewed the complaint by Ms. confirming that she used Credit
Loan's services; however, there were no records of Ms. being connected with any lenders within
its network. Credit Loan provides the information it receives from consumer to its lending network who
then decide, based on the information provided, whether or not they are able to offer the consumer a
loan. Credit Loan has no part in the decisioning process; its sole purpose is to provide the consumers
information to its network of lenders thereby providing the consumer an opportunity to be connected
with a lender.
Through said use of the service, Ms. agreed for Credit Loan to disclose her information to
its lending network, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use located on the website.
However, based on her desired resolution and concerns, Credit Loan will add Ms. information to
its suppression list.
