Dear Ms [redacted] I will try to address your concerns without violating the privacy act A public forum is not the best place to discuss the details of your financial transactions First and foremost the people of Creditmax Auto and its finance company are not liars or­ cheaters That’s why we have an A+ rating by the Revdex.com Accusations are easy to make Statements of Fact: You purchased and financed a vehicle with us 7/27/2013You made your payments on time and that’s why you were one of the select few who had their account sold to ***.You made some payments to *** (acknowledging that you now owed them the payments)You stopped paying and stopped communicating with either company, even though both companies reached out to you many times[redacted] sent a “right to cure” letter to your last known address August 15, 2015.Your vehicle was repossessed September 12, due to non-payment from an address different than what you had maintained on file with us and ***.Your vehicle was towed to Creditmax and was not in running condition It was discovered that that throttle body had been removed and the fuse box and a significant amount of the wiring were in disarray It was also discovered that the GPS device had been removed, which is also a breach of your financing agreement with usIn order to maximize the value of the vehicle at auction, Creditmax replaced the throttle body, corrected the wiring issues and installed a fuel pump for a total of $400.00.As part of our pre-sale process, a complete reconditioning inspection was also performed and it was determined that it would cost another $to restore your vehicle to retail condition Virtually all of this work is due to lack of proper maintenance This work was not performed and your vehicle was scheduled for sale at auction Proper legal notification was sent to your last known address.Your vehicle was removed from the up-coming sale in order to allow for the resolution of this problem No one is trying to deprive of your vehicle All we really want to do is help you get up to date and get your car backIn order to accomplish this, YOU MUST contact us Please contact [redacted] at [redacted] within the next days to set up an appointment to resolve this If we do not hear from you, we will reschedule your vehicle for public sale and a notice will be sent to the address that you included in your Revdex.com complaint Respectfully, Creditmax Auto Group

As I do work and the hours of the service department are the same as my work schedule I called and left numerous voicemails informing that my air conditioning system was not working after it was in the shop July 18th, I never received any
response from the regarding setting up a time that I would be able to bring the vehicle back in so that it may be fixed AGAINThe seat belt issue was reported to the front desk/reception lady as well as multiple phone calls we're placed to the service department with again no response to thisI took extra steps to go to my local fire department making sure my car seat was installed properly, it wasThe seat belt still failed, allowing my son in his seat to fall over in the backseat once I turned a cornerIn response to the emails sent, I still have not receives anything back from himThe vehicle during my test drive would not have informed me of the inablilty to properly secure my child's car seat as I did not bring my children with meI still believe due to the inability to produce a safe vehicle for myself and my family that I should be reimbursed the money I paid towards the vehicle as well as having to miss work twice for repairs and problemsPlease reimburse me $for the troubles I have had to deal with which has now also left me without a vehicle.

I (the owner) spoke with Mr. [redacted] at length today and reviewed the situation. Together, we determined what could have done better.  I would like to thank [redacted] for bringing this issue to my attention as it will make us a better company.  This problem/concern has been resolved.

condition.  Virtually all of this work is
due to lack of proper maintenance.  This
work was not performed and your vehicle was scheduled for sale at auction.  Proper legal notification was sent to your
last known address.Your vehicle was removed from the
up-coming sale in order to allow for the resolution of this problem.
 
No one is
trying to deprive of your vehicle.  All we
really want to do is help you get up to date and get your car back. In order to
accomplish this, YOU MUST contact us.

to resolve this.  If we do not hear from
you, we will reschedule your vehicle for public sale and a notice will be sent
