In my complaint I stated that Credit Motor didn't respond to me in regards to the vehicle I'm paying on with Credit Motors.I let my anger cause me to over react about the matter. Joe at credit motors did respond on the 10th of February by email at 2:30pm. Right after I left out of Credit Motors upset. My wife was able to reset my email on Saturday February 13 so I didn't see the email until that Saturday around 6:10pm. I stopped by today February 19 and made arrangements on my car payment and the repair cost.This was a big misunderstanding on my part. And I hope this doesn't affect their standings or ratings with the Revdex.com. Credit Motors is a Great Business and I'm strongly sorry for making a complaint out of anger and hope this complaint don't get posted on the Revdex.com web site.

I, Joe [redacted], the GM, spoke with Mr. [redacted] on or around 2/4/16. He called and told me the car was having mechanical problems. He told me at the time he thought it was the timing chain. So I agreed to tow the car. When the tow truck arrived, Mr. [redacted] was still there and asked if he could...

get a ride. Normally we don't let customers ride in the tow truck, but we did in fact give him a ride home. When he called to follow up about the repairs to his car, there was a little confusion. We have more than 300 cars on our lot and more than 1200 accounts that we do repairs for. Even tho he did not have an appointment, the shop worked the car into their schedule and was repaired in a timely manner. When Mr. [redacted] came in to pick up his car, we asked him to bring his account current since he was past due. We also asked him to put some money down on the repairs and we would finance the rest of the repairs into his account. Mr. [redacted] did not have any money for his payment, let alone any for the repairs, and he became so upset he decided to voluntarily turn in his car. Mr. [redacted] is a good account and that is why we were willing to work with him on the repairs. Many car lots demand payment in full for any repairs. Mr. [redacted] sent an email a few days later stated how upset he still was. I responded to the email by explaining we were trying to help him and if he wanted his car back, we would still be glad to make those arrangements with him. The next communication we received was the Revdex.com complaint. Mr. [redacted] can get his car back, so long as he gets his account current and puts $50 on the repairs. We will then add the repairs to his regular account. The total bill was $668.25. We try to work with our customers knowing not everyone has the ability to pay repair bills when they happen unexpectedly. Please have Mr. [redacted] call me, Joe, so we can get this worked out and he can get his car back. ###-###-####
