Very unethical business ownerAfter buy and taking over a different tanning salon, this company had all current customers sign a piece of paper with their new policiesMakes senseWhen I asked to have my account suspended for the summer, their employee did not have me fill out the written formTurns out they've been charging me for the last two monthsThey will not credit those months ( I have not stepped foot in there for the last two months) for future useThey will not refund it, all because I signed the paper saying I'd fill out the suspension paperwork, which was not offered to meThey tell me this employee was fired for her errorsSounds like they should have kept her since she was obviously helping this business rip people offThis is complete miss treatment of existing customersNo good business blames the customer for the errors that occur during the transition
