Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]Again, my apologies It seems to me that your company preys on innocent people trying to get a fresh start by penalizing them by adding as many "costs" as possible to fatten your bank account while draining others I'm so happy to know that you sleep peacefully at night while low income people that struggle each and every day to get ahead yet still fall behind In my opinion, I feel that the little guy are the ones that need all the incentives to "buy" with more benefits in trying to rebuild credit than people with much larger incomes and better scores The little guys are the ones that need the assistance and incentives Clearly, not people like you I have seen how corporate company's will give the little guy the shaft in order to fatten their own pockets I guess it's better that one (so to speak) person has a fat bank account and an over priced car with a small payment, then the little guy with a small bank account and a huge car payment on a vehicle that's nearly yrs old I just went with my bf when he bought his new car recently Funny enough he managed to get himself a nearly pristine vehicle with payments of $per month Great for him But I think it's sad that my vehicle is so much older yet my payments are nearly twice his Feels so good to be an American Thank you America...where the little guy stays little, struggles, and never make it half while fat cats get smoothe sailing Be proud I am Here's another thought My home town lost it's only major employer due to a boiler explosion The manger/CEO chose to lay off nearly people, making all those families suffer, go without, lose their homes, vehicles...nearly everything...so that he could pocket the insurance and walk away with a nice nest egg rather than rebuild/repair the boiler and continue employing all those people with families, just like him Again, I guess it's better that his family survives poverty rather than all those other families That is a much better solution Welcome to [redacted] ! Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for sending along our customers complaintOur customer did purchase a [redacted] from us on 4-30-2015, at the time of purchase the car had 34,for miles, and the car was sold for plus tax, title and a doc feeShe financed the purchase for months at per monthAt the time of purchased she elected to also buy a year or 24,mile service contract for 1500.00, which was included in her payment of 288.05At the time of the sale, she signed all the paper work showing the terms and the payment, and as she has said in her complaint, she has been paying since she purchasedI am not sure what was verbally said last April when she purchased the car, but I have to assume that if the payment was suppose to be 150.00, that she would not have made the first payment of 288.05, but would have called us back thenI am sorry for any misunderstanding, but at this point all I have to go on is what was signed and agreed to back on 4-30-if there are any more questions or if the customer would like to contact me, my contact info is [redacted] or my direct line is [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] COO
