Credit One USA

This company is absolutely full of garbage. I paid my whole balance off months ago and never touched the card again because the representative urged me to keep the card open. I told him multiple times to close it and he absolutely refused. On top of that a month of so later I got a call from these scam artists that there is fraud on my card. They told me they would process the investigation and once it is closed out to give me a call back. They never did so I called myself. When I did call back for two weeks straight they ran me around in circles saying my versification questions were wrong (which there is no way thats possible because its always the same and has been the same for years, how could I get my own mothers maiden name wrong?) and would NOT talk to me about ANYTHING. So Im going for months and months with no information, waiting for these people to verify me (which by the way asked to send my social security card IN THE MAIL!!!! for them to verify) craziest thing Ive ever heard and apparently no way to send the documents in email? So after sending them they tell me I have late payments and that my credit was effected and it is what it is. How is a fraudulent charge THAT THEY informed me about after already not closing the card out like I requested my liability? Now my credit score is TRASHED due to these people. I will be calling my lawyer if they do not resolve this within the next two weeks and sue them..STAY CLEAR OF THEM! They purposely outsource their calls specifically for this reason. Garbage company, garbage service and absolutely fraudulent business ethics. The one good thing about this whole situation was that one supervisor offered to solve it for me after months of credit one ruining my perfect 700 score and record. But will still have to wait and see if they are true to their word as after 5 months of promises have not been true to.

USA Credit one is billing me for a credit cards I did not open whilst disregarding my multiple attempts to have them remove it from my crrdand having it harm my credit substantially. I have provided to Credit One.my complaint, identify theft form, and of course, all paperwork for this. Credione not only violated my rughys but they did not show me where they even verified the debt. That is actions outside of the law for which I cannot and will not allow. I request a review of my case and I request that any reflection on my credit report be stopped and reversed immediately or I will take the necessary steps to do what is necessary to resolve this issue.
