To Whom It May Concern: In response to complaint number [redacted] , I would just like to point out that the customer stated in his complaint that his insurance had lapsed for one hour when he was involved in the accident Per the security agreement that the customer signed it clearly states this, “You must insure the property You may purchase or provide the insurance through any insurance company reasonably acceptable to us The collision coverage deductible man not exceed $It is further stated in the security agreement that, the customer will be in default if any of the following occurs: You fail to perform any obligation that you have undertaken in this contractIf you default, you agree to pay our fees for repossession, repair, storage and sale of property securing this contract You also agree to pay reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in the collection or enforcement of the contract If a judgment is entered against you, you will pay any court costs the court awards usI spoke with the customer in regards to providing us with an acceptable plan to get the damage fixed He advised me that he was going to look into it and call me back I gave him a week to get back in contact with me with a plan to get it fixed, in which he never did, so we exercised our right of repossession at that timeIf you have any questions, or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me at the number listed belowThank you, [redacted] Collections Manager [redacted] ***

I was making my payments as agreed I was in an auto accident, where my insurance had lapsed hour The accident caused front end damage to the vehicle My company agreed to pay for the damage to my car, as the company insurance paid for the other vehicle I was in the accident with However, Credit Pro Auto's, came onto my private property and took, the vehicle out of my driveway, without ANY notification They received their payment, however, the day before this had happened so I was NOT in default of the loan

We sympathize with our customer that coming back with repairs is not in anyone's best interestThe warranty that came with the car does not cover said water leaks but we have tried at no charge to the customer to help with
thisIt was a good will gesture on our part even though its not covered by the warrantyThe warranty does have a $deductible for covered repairs and that's what was charged to said customerWe had an appointment set for December to try to help with this and the customer missed their appointment

The first time I took the car ** who was the service person told me that they couldn't find anything, then just recent I had to take my car, which by the way I live in Bloomington Illinois an hour awayThey never told me that leakage wasn't with the warrantyBut you sold me a car telling me that everything on the car was checked and confirmed which was dishonestyI was without a car for almost a week, they already knew I lived out of town, but to lie to me the first time they couldn't find anything then but never said anything about the warrenty did not cover

I been paying on this van for two years ,this thing has been in the dealer repair shop every other month n sometimes every month the repais don't stay fixed I told the manager Mr Jeff Armstrong that the rear end was tearing up my tires this was two weeks after it was realigned , he told me to bring it back n go somewhere else to buy a car ,stated he couldn't make me happy and also stated on 6-14-that he knew the day me and my father inlaw bought it that he knew it was gonna be trouble it's been one thing breakdownAfter another .then I had to use their repair shop and they suggested putting rigged shimns in Axl that's dangerous and he demanded I bring it back he broke the contract not me I never missed a payment or late in the two years I've had it iveI'paid more repair bills than on my principal and mostly intrest he will not give me a refund or better car , thats all he had to do , I'd be happy and he also didnt credit my account for my trade in of $never gave

It is further stated in the security agreement that, the customer will be in default if any of the following occurs: You fail to perform any obligation that you have undertaken in this contract. If you default, you agree to pay our fees for repossession, repair, storage and sale of property securing this contract.  You also agree to pay reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in the collection or enforcement of the contract.  If a judgment is entered against you, you will pay any court costs the court awards us. I spoke with the customer in regards to providing us with an acceptable plan to get the damage fixed.  He advised me that he was going to look into it and call me back.   I gave him a week to get back in contact with me with a plan to get it fixed, in which he never did, so we exercised our right of repossession at that time.
