Review: Took payment but never delivered on their goods.

We spoke to [redacted] I around February of 2012 he said he could fix some issues and charged us 1200.00 later they charged us 250.00 which was not authorized. My wife called to inquire we never heard from him again. I think this company is scamming and would like a full refund because they did nothing they said they would do.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by this company to recieve a full refund. I have the bank records ready.
