Little pricy, but the location is greatThe biggest complaint are the hallways and parking garage appearanceThey are filthy, stained and embarrassing for the tenants and their guestsThey powerwashed the complex at the end of 2016, but it looked absolutely the sameOffice staff are not that friendly, but the maintenance staff are timely and top notchWe do feel safe living here and enjoy the the walkway to the lake

I applied to live at this property and paid deposit and when I was denied they kept my deposit citing language in forms I never signed When I applied for this property I was rushed through the process over the phone because 'someone is looking at that apartment right now you need to hurry or you [redacted] lose it' I paid the application fee and administration fee plus a $deposit I was declined based on a charge on my credit report and they kept my $deposit because I 'falsified my application' I did no such thing and I never signed a single document that said this was their policy
