I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not agree with Credit Recovery Group's responseThis is because the New York State [redacted] has set up a funds administrator to handle all of [redacted] 's claims through this settlementI have been in contact with the [redacted] Funds Administrator's customer service representativesAs of today, my claim is still being processed by themTherefore, I do not want to proceed with making any arrangements with Credit Recovery Group until my claim has been reviewed by the Funds Administrator and they direct me with what to do next.In addition, according to this [redacted] Settlement, any negative credit reporting should be removedI just want to be certain this has been done and that Credit Recovery Group is not reporting my [redacted] account negatively Regards, [redacted]
