Ordered pounds of Marco rocks from this businessI recieved a email confirmation for the order and was charged for lbsI recieved only one tracking number for a box of 50lbs and never got the other tracking number for the rest of the 50lbsI called and left emails and voicemails and insisted they ship the rest of the order but no one reached out and only box of 50lbs was shippedRecieved the one box of 50lbs or rock on 12/13/but never got the other 50lbs even though I was charged for 100lbsThe box I recieved was heavily damaged and the product inside was unproffesionally packaged and due to that was broken and destroyedI reached out again with multiple calls and emails and no one got back to address the issueI habe been charged money for half the amount recieved and the amount recieved was all damaged

Review: I call them and there telling me that I had a cell phone service through alltell in 2011 at [redacted] in Geneva Ohio I never live there my boyfriend did in 2010. The owner of this house tore this house down in 2010. they where very rude and nasty telling we gonna put this through the fraud department in 2014 when I try to get cell phone service through att and they told me that I can get it cause of this bill and I call the fraud department they told me to make a police report which I did through Madison Township Police department and as soon I got that police report back I fax it over to them so on 11/**/2015 I went to att to try to get phone service they told me about this account again I talk to there fraud department and they told me to contract the this collection agency,again so I did and they suprise told me he gonna put this in as fraud again they should all ready took care of this a year ago.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment have this collection agency call At&t and have them remove this account
