Mark S. of /?'mely'?rat'/ Credit Restoration and Finance Gladiator LLC Who offered his services of credit repair for $500 after he handled my car financing at Discovery Auto Center of Tampa. All though DAC is not affiliated with Mr. S. credit services I trusted him since he worked on my deal. But that is the last known address I have of Mr. S. I paid Mr. Sommers $250 in October of 2019 and he said that in 3 months he could have my credit report cleaned up with an increase in my credit score but it has been over 7 months and Mr. S. has not return calls or emails where I've tried to reach him to find out what is going on with my case. I feel a little embarrassing for think that he could help with my credit which was getting better after a divorce.

Refund I would like my $250 back because this is clearly a scam that Mark S. is running. You just can't take someone money and think it's ok without any repercussions because its stealing; by offering a service that does not exist.
