On Friday, after receiving this complaint, I called Mr***He stated that he would call back later in the dayMy purpose for the call was to request a new credit report, address his concerns and do additional work for him at no extra chargeThere are always reasons for a credit score drop After no return call and waiting the weekend, I am formally responding to this complaint [redacted] is a copy of the signed contract for servicesOur services do not guarantee the increase of credit scoresIn many cases, as inaccurate, and unverifiable derogatory information is removed, the scores increase as a resultOur complete contract is also posted on our websiteAlso, none of our marketing materials contain any mention that we guarantee a credit score increaseOur services correct inaccurate, obsolete and unverifiable information on consumer credit reports [redacted] are the score pages from credit reports dated February 17, and June 14, The [redacted] credit score is a 702, almost a point increaseThese reports are documentation in what we determined to be a successfully completed case Over the term of his case, we have logged phone calls with his account manager and case processorHe has had face to face visits with his account manager at our corporate office at NProvidence RoadThere has been plenty of communication The offer still stands that if Mr [redacted] will provide us with new credit reports, we will do additional work to correct any new inaccurate information at no extra charge

I would recommend Robert and his team to anyone I have prided myself on my good credit but found to my dismay, I had a serious problem Robert was responsive, and as soon as we met together I was at ease He maintained excellent communication through the process, and I am glad to report that the situation is now completely resolved He is a true advocate of for his clients Simply put, the service was excellent

After no return call and waiting the weekend, I am formally responding to this complaint. [redacted] is a copy of the signed contract for services. Our services do not guarantee the increase of credit scores. In many cases, as inaccurate, and unverifiable derogatory information is removed, the scores increase as a result. Our complete contract is also posted on our website. Also, none of our marketing materials contain any mention that we guarantee a credit score increase. Our services correct inaccurate, obsolete and unverifiable information on consumer credit reports. 
[redacted] are the score pages from credit reports dated February 17, 2016 and June 14, 2016. The [redacted] credit score is a 702, almost a 100 point increase. These reports are documentation in what we determined to be a successfully completed case. 
Over the term of his case, we have logged 16 phone calls with his account manager and case processor. He has had 7 face to face visits with his account manager at our corporate office at 31 N. Providence Road. There has been plenty of communication. 
The offer still stands that if Mr [redacted] will provide us with new credit reports, we will do additional work to correct any new inaccurate information at no extra charge.

Review: In February of 2013 we were sent to Credit Restoration Associates by our [redacted]. We were told that there were a couple of items on our credit report that needed to be taken care of. We went and met with [redacted] at Credit Restoration Services and were told that we would have everything iin order by the end of May or beginning of June. We explained to him that we had an agreement to purchase a home and that the loan needed to be in place by the beginning of August 2013 if not we would loose the home. Did not hear anything from anyone at Credit Restoration Services for a month but they were receiving money in the mean time. We had been told that our credit scores would be a [redacted] to [redacted] by july 2013. At the beginning of June 2013 I called several times and finally spoke with [redacted] and was told that they wouldn't have us finished until the end of june. Another month goes by and again I am calling to get answers and was told that our credit restoration process would not be finished until the end of July or beginning of august. In august it took us almost 2 weeks to get some one to talk to us in regards to what was going on with our credit and was told once again that by the end of august it would be ready. I explained to [redacted] that he had said that we would have everything straight by july and did not. He asked for us to give him a second chance and that he wouldn't charge any more money. I said that was fine but, [redacted] only made one call after that and since we have not heard anything from them. We lost the house and still after going through them cannot purchase a home I want our money Refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund of the money that we paid for nothing in the amount of $1,075.00

Response:

This case was not completed in the quoted time frame because the client needed to pay several collection accounts of theirs which have past-due balances. If a collection agency validates the legitimacy of a debt that they are collecting, then they will not come off the credit report. The debts MUST come out of the "past due" column on the reports in order for their credit scores to rise.
