I have personally spoken to *** *** and reviewed the complaint and it is obviously a case of miscommunication
I will mail him a full refund which he should receive at the end of next weekI also request that do to the type of complaint (being
only miscommunication) and our very excellent complaint record (zero complaints in years) that this does not post on the Revdex.com site as the "Revdex.com reserves the right to not post in accordance with Revdex.com policy". Thank you for your time and I will await your response
