Credit Systems International Reviews (%countItem)

August 9, 2020

To whom it may concern:

I would like to file a complaint against Credit Systems International, Inc. This collection agency continues to destroy and slander my credit rating by placing fraudulent medical collection accounts, onto my credit files.

They continually dig up accounts that have been previously paid in full, and that they have not done their due diligence in verifying account information, and then they without verifying debts as they are supposed to do by law, they continually keep coming back and placing items onto my credit files, that I have already paid, as well as disputed in the past.

It’s as if I’m being targeted by this collection agency, they have been doing this to me for years now. I called their office a couple of months ago, and the representative that I spoke to, she claimed that they had several debts that I was supposed to be owing, and that I know is not true.

I am not paying a dime to Credit Systems International, Inc. for medical bills that I know between myself, and my dual medical coverages have already paid in full in the past.
This medical billing company has gotten paid under different names that they use for their billing, and I know that all of what I’m being charged for is fraudulent.

I do not owe ANY of these fraudulent medical debts that Credit Systems International Inc. is claiming that I owe, and if they do not permanently remove these fraudulent collections from my credit files, and cease and desist from continuing to harass me about debts that I do not owe, they leave me no choice but to seek legal action against them.

I want hard copy proof that they have removed all of these fraudulent collections from my credit files, and I want Credit Systems International, Inc. to cease and desist from contacting me ever again.

It’s not fair that I have to keep disputing fraudulent debts against this incompetent collection agency that doesn’t, even follow the law, they feel that they can just place unwarranted collections onto consumers files.

I’m going to also speak with the Attorney General’s office, as well as the Federal Trade Commission, because this collection agency does not stop, they slander a consumer’s credit, and lowers one’s credit scoring, then when the fraudulent lies are removed, the consumer’s scoring is not reinstated to what it was prior to the fraudulent collection being placed onto the credit files.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

I need a letter in writing that this billing issue has been
cleared up, deleted, gone, I am tired of being billed for what I don’t owe. And Credit Systems does put fraudulent inaccurate
information on consumer’s credit files. It makes no sense to call them again, I have already done
that, they are inept, and I am not wasting my time. I want a letter from them, as they have had to do in the
past when they have tried to bill me for fraudulent information, because the
next time, I might just have to seek legal action against them. It has been too many times that they have come out of nowhere
claiming that I owe debt that I do not owe.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

They are just
making an excuse as you can plainly see, I do want them to cease and desist
from contacting me regarding the fraudulent debts that they continue to bill me
for. That does not stop them from sending a letter to me, the only reason that
they will not send me a letter is because they know that this is what they do
all day long. They harass consumers about debt that they know that the consumer
does not owe, and they know that they will try this same mess in the future,
for this same debt that is being disputed right now.The only way to
stop them once and for all, is legally, because if you call them you get
nowhere, I have called their office in this year, and they are not truthful,
they do not do what they say they are going to do, and in my case, the lady got
me so upset, because she was even trying to lie and come up with more
fraudulent debt against me. I don’t have time to be provoked. They have my
permission to send me a letter, through the Revdex.com.

Regards

They have kept a collection on my credit from a medical bill in 2017 while I was a Medicaid patient. I explained to them in 2018 that my insurance has covered the bill and again I'm a Medicaid patient. So finally fighting with them they took it off in 2020 then re-added the collections to my credit knowing I'm not responsible for the bill (wanting me to pay for it) and my insurance had taken care of it.
I had to call them again to remove the collections as they didn't even try to contact me about it (because they know theyre wrong) and then they decided to inform me that I have another collection from 2014 that they never mentioned to me before and was never on my credit report. I knew the collection wasn't mine and even called the *** to confirm and they called the Collection agency to inform them that I had no bill or even a collection with them. Now that the 2017 collection is taken off again they now added this new collection to my credit that they know is not mine.
They keep destroying my credit with these collections that is not my responsibility or even mine at all just to scam me for money.

I have received marks on my credit from Credit Systems International almost daily. I have never heard from them and have not received a call from them. No voicemails from them as well. But I am hit with a mark against my credit almost every day. How is that even legal.

On January 29, 2020 Credit Systems International received my certified letter requesting validation of an account(s)*** and ***. I have not received a response. *** a debt collection agency has thirty (30) calendar days to respond to a debt validation request. If they fail to respond to validation request then they have essentially admitted, per ***, that the debt in question is inaccurate. As of July 7, 2020 they are still reporting account on my credit. Which puts them in violation of various state collection laws. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting this matter in court. I am confident that by channeling this dispute through the Revdex.com, a more simple resolution can be made. If they delete the account, cease reporting it to the credit bureaus, and provide written confirmation of the same, I will consider this matter resolved.

I would like for my account to be taken off of credit reports (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian) since I asked for an original copy 30 days ago and didn't receive it in a timely manner. I disputed it witht he credit unions so therefore they should not be on my 3 credit reports. The accounts are as follows: Account: *** Amount $128, Account: *** Amount $27, Account: ***, Amount $65.

I received a voicemail about a collections and called back because I assumed it wasn't for me. But it was and they told me the bill, dates of service and amounts. they also provided the number to call so I could resolve it, but I don't think it was the real amount. CSI asked to call them back, which I did after speaking to the lab who billed me. After the lab acknowledged they would run it again, I called CSI back and told them the process to rebill my lab work, and they asked me to call back two days after the lab told me to call. So they are working with me, and I appreciate that. they've been very cordial and professional each time I speak with them.

The company credit systems international.inc is stating I owe a debt to them in the amount of 373.25$ I have never heard of them or done any type of business with them. I’ve contacted them via mail asking for “validation of debt” not “verification” of this debt which they fail to provide
I also have documents As proof sent to me from this company Show no validation of debt.

I would like a verification of debt letter. I never received one and by law they must provide one. Additionally, I have now knowledge of this account. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered your company reporting the collection account referenced herein. Pursuant to the *** Act (***), I hereby notify you that I am disputing this debt in entirety, and you are required to provide me with validation of the debt by providing me all of the following information: - Copy of original contractual agreement bearing my signature - A clause in the original signed contract that authorizes the third party like yourself to collect on this debt. - Statements from the original creditor and itemization of monies owed - Copy of bill showing last default date - Proof that the debt is valid and collectible and within the statute of limitations for this state - Proof that you are licensed to collect in my state of residence - Agreement between your company and the original creditor that authorizes you to collect on this debt.
Also, this company has been reporting this same debt as derogatory EVERY SINGLE DAY on my credit report for weeks. This is a predatory practice intended to force me to pay without verifying the validity, as each separate report of this same debt lowers my credit score. Instead of reporting it once, they are reporting the same account over and over again on to the credit bureaus.

I appreciate the company offering to assist in this matter and saying "We

To whom it may concern:

I need assistance from your agency, a collection company by the name of Credit Systems International, INC has placed a fraudulent collection debt, onto my credit files, and I want it removed.
They are claiming that I have an outstanding balance of $25.30, owed to ***, and these are fraudulent charges.

The billing office for *** has provided false information to this collection agency.
There is no reason why my patient account should have been placed into collections, thereby ruining my credit, and also lowering my credit score.

Both the medical billing office, as well as the collection agency are committing slander of credit, they are both providing inaccurate facts, and thereby ruining my name, as well as my credit financial life.

This billing office is known for not crediting patient accounts with payments that they receive from patients paying on their bills.

I went to my doctor’s office on 8/19/2019, and on this office visit, I paid directly to the doctor’s office staff, an amount that was greater than what I owed to the doctor.

I gave the office representative the billing statement from ***, along with my payment of $49.52, and that amount should have covered more than what I owed to the doctor’s office.

I should still have a credit balance that they have not applied to my account, they should still owe me $24.22 after I made my payment.

Being that I have dual insurance, the balances that I owe after insurance are small, per my insurers.

Also this medical billing office refuses to accurately bill my secondary insurance for medical bills that are incurred.

I am insured under ***, as well as ***.
And through the secondary insurer, the insurance is *** out of California.

The representatives using the doctor’s billing system, they insist on not correcting the name for my secondary insurance, they insist on having my secondary insurance listed as (GENERIC), and therefore they are causing billing problems themselves.

I’ve brought this up to the billing office’s attention more than once, I’ve even brought it up to the doctor’s office staff, yet nothing is corrected to reflect the accurate secondary billing information, the wording (GENERIC) needs to be removed from my patient account as the secondary insurance carrier, and replaced with the true billing information.

As stated previously, I do not owe the bill that *** has placed into collections, it seems that, placing this bill into collection was malicious on their part.

Since paying them months ago, I have mailed them copy of my bank proof of payment, yet they have not acknowledged the bank proof, each statement that they have sent to me since I paid them, none of the statements reflect any payments from me.

I want *** to correct my patient account, I want them to apply the payment that I made to them on 8/19/2019, that they did not give me credit for.
And I want them to refund to me, the $24.22 that should have been left over after I paid the $25.30 that they maliciously put my patient account into collections for.

I am attaching a copy of the proof directly from the doctor’s office when I made the payment on 8/19/2019.

Both the billing office representatives, as well as the collection agency representatives should be ashamed of themselves.
Quick to rush to judgement without reporting all of the true facts, and the collection agency did not even contact me first as they are supposed to do prior to placing false information onto my credit files.

This is unforgivable, I wonder how many other patients they are doing this same thing to, and then you have the vulture of a collection agency ready to ruin people’s credit with fraudulent facts.

I want my patient account credited for the money I’ve already paid, and I want a refund of the balance left over.

I want my credit files corrected of the fraudulent, derogatory, false collection that has been placed on them.

I want Credit Systems International, Inc. to make sure that they have removed this, and any other false fraudulent collections that they have placed onto my credit files.
I want them to physically get in touch with the credit bureaus, and I want them to make sure that my credit files get back each and every point that was deducted from my credit scores, when they had the nerve to place this fraudulent collection onto my credit files.

I want this fraudulent collection removed from their system, so that down the road they don’t come back with this fraudulent account ever again, and I want hard copy proof from them that this has been done.

I want the Revdex.com to stay fully involved in my complaint, I want Credit Systems to contact the Revdex.com, and the Revdex.com can contact me.

I am a victim of identity theft. I have never dealt with this company and they put something on my report. They stated that they had a debt belonging to me, but I been living at this location for over 5 years. They never made me aware that the debt belongs to me. Under the ***, ***, ***, and *** they violated every right that I have. They also violated every right under the *** they have violated so many federal laws including *** Law. This company is reckless and have shown time after time that they can not be trusted when it comes doing the right thing. They should've gotten in touch with me and verified the debt. They had the wrong name, wrong date of borth, wrong phone number and address. I had to call them and give them a address to send me a debt validation. Which is their job to do. There are 6 men in my family with the same name. That's unfair to me. I am a disable veterans and I live on a fixed income and can't afford to go through all of this. They ruin my credit for their own personal gain. They should be held accountable and fix this off my credit.

I received multiple calls from a number linked to "***" - a CHRISTIAN MINISTRY. They never left a message. I called and asked who called me, they asked who I am - I said you called me, look it up by the number you called. Then I was hung up on. I called back, someone else answered, I gave them my first name, they told me they were collecting a medical debt and how would I like to pay. I asked them to put it in writing - and they again hung up on me. SOUNDS LEGIT!

Just like everyone else that's reported them, they called but did not leave a message.

The rep that answered refused to tell me what they do.

Well The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act forbids a debt collector from making any false or misleading statements when they are attempting to collect a debt.

"We do lots of things" she said. This statement is patently untrue and in violation of the FDCPA. Their website specifically states "Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is a nationally recognized Accounts Receivable Management firm".
CSI Incorporated does one thing, debt collection, so the rep lied and potentially violated federal law.

I'm going to go ahead and copy their useless boilerplate response to save them the trouble:

They have no idea if I'm a customer of the company (Unless you have to be a business to be considered a customer).

The desired outcome is an actual apology for wasting my time on the phone, directly lying to me and in lodging this complaint.

If they only paste the boilerplate, I will not consider this matter resolved.

I kept receiving calls from the company, I called back and the rude operator refused to tell me anything about what kind of business I was calling or what they wanted. Finally I was able to answer a call, the gentleman told me it was regarding $100 on a bill I forgot about. I paid the bill on a wednesday. On friday they sold the acct to another company, by Monday I was receiving calls from the new collections for the same $100!! What a MESS!

This is one of the most unprofessional credit agencies ever. I called them (they didn't call me) because I noticed an account from them on my my credit report. First, this account was from 2012 and placed on my credit in 2019. Issue number one I have. Secondly, its the 11th of March, I paid off the account on the 1st of March and still have not received a receipt of paymet. Everytime I call I'm informed "its been mailed". I call the orginal company in which the debt was owed and they jnformed they still have not recieved any information that the debt was paid. A rep from that company had to call and verify that it was settled. Lastly, the customer service representatives are soooo rude and disrespectful. The "supervisor" hung up in my face! Talk about leadership. If this is the example the rest of the employees have to follow I understand why they are so disrespectful.

I understand that collections agencies have a job to do, but major negative stars for self-reportedly reaching out ONE TIME with a PHONE CALL from a 1-800 number WITHOUT leaving a message. No one answers calls from 1-800 numbers and the majority of people don't answer calls from "normal" unrecognized numbers much less. They had my email address and both my old and new home addresses also on file, yet they chose to reach out only ONE time using ONE method before reporting a $13 collection to my credit agency. Yes, literally $13. CSII needs to get a conscience.
