Review: I bought a new car from a dealership and the dealership agreed to pay the amount left on my then currant vehicle. The dealership charged me half a car payment of 171.18 before the dealership payed the agreed upon payoff amount. I called the credit union and they assured me that any amount that was over paid would be returned to me (the 171.18). Once the check cleared for the car the credit union only reimbursed me 133.97. I called them a few times to get an explanation and all they did was take down my number or email someone who could better explain why I did not received my full 171.18 back. First I was told that it was intrest but a payoff amount was agreed upon so it shouldn't have been any intrest amount after it was already paid off. No one has yet called me back and I still have not received my money or a valid explanation. The payoff amount was 11,571.58 and the credit union took an extra 37.21 from the over payment of 171.18.Desired Settlement: All I want is my 37.21 that they took.
