In response to Mr. [redacted]'s rejeciton dated 17 February 2017, as previously
mentioned, all members were notified in June2014 of our moveto eStatements. To avoida $1 fee, theywere encouraged to opt-in to eStatement.sI've included a redactedversion of his statement showing the message. Please note on the statement that each deposit and withdrawal is noted as such. When Mr. [redacted] refers to "Withdrawal Paper Stmt Fee", thatis not a fee due to hiswithdrawal. It is a withdrawal with a descripiot n of as to why. On the enclosed statement, you will see he made a withdrawal, by check, describedon the statement as "Withdrawal by Check".I've also include a printout of our current fee schedule, also available online,that details the paper
statement fee,and has since late2014.

In response to the claimants complaint. When a lending institution finances an auto it must retain insurance coverage at all times per his loan documents signed by him, as it is a secured loan by that auto. In the event Insurance is cancelled,...

forced Insurance is automatically added. We leave messages, email and call our members as soon as we are notified by their Insurance company of a cancellation forth coming on their auto. Their Insurance company notifies them of this in addition. When new coverage information is not received and force placed insurance goes on their loan it does make the monthly payment increase. I would refer him back to his original loan documents that he signed that explains this explicitly. He did after the fact provide new insurance info and his account was credited and his payment is $351.94. This does not change the fact he is 2 payments behind on his loan. He has been late since January on his payments and we have allowed him to be a slow pay during this time. His loan needs to be brought current to retain the auto. If we can answer anything additional please contact us.

In our communication to Mr. [redacted], we've informed him of our considerations to make an exception to this policy based on his specific needs. However, the insurance information we have been provided...

does not list Credit Union One of Oklahoma as lien holder as required and documented in the Agreement to Provide Insurance Mr. [redacted] signed when he financed the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] has been unwilling or unable to have the insurance policy owner make the necessary changes.
