facilitated by Credit Union Student Choice, that she had payments withdrawn from her bank account for both the refinance loan and the underlying loan with [redacted]. [redacted] is requesting a refund of the extra payment made to [redacted].[redacted] and Credit Union Student Choice have been working with [redacted] and [redacted] to ensure the underlying loan payoff has been received and processed. On Aug. 2, a representative at [redacted] confirmed that the payoff was received and applied to the account. [redacted] advised that the overpayment refund will be sent directly to the borrower, [redacted]. [redacted] was notified of this via email on the same day.[redacted] apologizes for any inconvenience that [redacted] experienced during this process.
