In response to Mrs [redacted] complaint.We signed up Mrs [redacted] on the 4th of JuneWe did get a call from Mr [redacted] on the 18th of JuneHe stated that he wanted to cancel his wife's accountWe told him in order to cancel his wife's account we would need to have his wife contact us to cancel her accountDue to our privacy agreement we were not allowed to discuss Mrs [redacted] case to Mr [redacted] until we got Mrs [redacted] approvalWe did tell Mr [redacted] to have his wife contact us to cancel her accountAs for a “Nick” we are not sure who Mr [redacted] spoke withPossibly, he spoke to one of our affiliates who are to refer all billing questions to the main office.However, it is quite clear that Mrs [redacted] does want to cancel her account by way of this complaintWe did setup Mrs [redacted] account and began to provide services to her accountIn light of our customer satisfaction policy we will issue Mrs [redacted] a full refundWe will initiate the full refund on today's date of June 19th, 2015.We wish Mrs [redacted] success in her pursuit of good creditThank youKSpence B [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me to an extent The fact that they are not going to be charging my account is to my satisfaction, but their statement about them making it clear on the phone that they were not going to do that is 100% FALSE I spoke to several people including the person that was supposed to be the head of the customer service team there and they all insisted that I was going to get charged again This is a prime example of the dishonesty that exists at all levels and is exactly why I discontinued using their services Regards, [redacted]

I just started working with Credit Unlimited and the experience has been great Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable They answered all of my questions thoroughly without talking down to me or making me feel dumb They explained how credit works in an easy and very understandable way I HIGHLY recommend them

We are sorry for the experience that Mr. [redacted] felt that he had with our customer service team. We assured him during his call with us that no more charges will be made on his account.  We wish Mr. [redacted] the best of luck in credit restoration.

After signing up with this credit repair service I was told that letters would be sent on my behalf and I would receive letters in response from the credit bureaus. I received nothing from the bureaus nor Credit Unlimited. I called the credit bureaus and waited on hold for a long time to find out no letters had been received from anyone on my behalf. I called CU back to cancel and what do you know they charged me the next week. So I call again and tell them I am waiting on the phone until I receive a cancellation email. Finally I was cancelled after spending $159.99 for nothing. These type of cons are the reason our country is in such bad shape. Stop stealing from the people. Certainally no reason for this business to have an A+ rating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
