without license plate because our paperwork show there was a plate on vehicle*** *** on *** spoke to Finance Manager that vehicle only have plate, Finance mgr did not know how dmv process work so told *** *** to go down to Dept of Motor vehicle to apply for himself due to the fact that vehicle is registered to him.*** *** got upset and told Finance mgr that if anything happened he will sue us. I, *** *** called *** *** April 28, to let him know that we can issue him License plate and explained that our paperwork show that is was plates on vehicle that's why we didn't issue platesI issue plates to *** *** On April 28, and he picked it up the same day.
