I am rejecting this response because:First of all, as I stated previously, I never received Credit World Services, Inc. response to my request for validation.  There is no evidence they mailed or that I received such documentation.  In addition, the postal service does not guarantee 100 percent delivery on standard mail. To ensure proper delivery to Credit World Services, I sent my request by traceable mail.  At this point, Credit Worlds mere reporting the account as disputed does not satisfy the Texas Finance Code or Federal Debt Collection Practices Act.  I respectfully requesting that Credit World cease collection activity on account in question.  Also, I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting this case in a courtroom before a jury in my community.   Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I never received any response to my request for validation from Credit World, and there is no evidence that they mailed anything, or that I received anything from them.  At this point they have indeed violated my rights as a consumer.  I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting my case to a courtroom before a jury in my community.  I respectfully request that Credit World do the right thing and request deletion of the invalidated item from my credit reports.

According to our records Credit World Services mailed responding information on 03/18/16 to the consumer's address which was the same address as indicated here under Customer Information. Credit World Services has not received any return mail from that mailing. Credit World Services notified the...

credit reporting agency on 03/08/2016 to report this item as "account information disputed by consumer", no other actions are necessary.

Account was referred to CWS on 05/31/16 as a 2nd placement (that means it was at another agency prior to our placement)  first initial validation letter was mailed to [redacted] Ln Mcalester, OK 74501, on 06/03/16 we were notified by the US Postal Service that they forwarded the letter to [redacted]...

[redacted] McAlester, OK 74501. Other letters were mailed to the address on [redacted] on 07/5/16, 08/19/16, 09/20/16, and 10/21/16. no return mail. Phone attempts were made to ###-###-#### until a party advised us that we had the wrong #. 01/06/17 CWS recveived an electronic dispute notification from Equifax credit reporting agency consumer claims "unaware", verification of the name, address, ss, dob, amount was  sent back to Equifax credit reporting agency to communicate back to the consumer. The account was also updated to report as a dispute.  03/22/17 CWS received another electronic dispute notification from Equifax credit reporting agency consumer claims "dispute current balance" "claims paid the original creditor before collection status" verification of the name, address, ss, dob, and verification that the amount was still owing (after clarification from the original creditor)was sent back to Equifax credit reporting agency to communicate back to the consumer. No change will be made to the credit reporting agency at this time. [redacted], Collection Manager Credit World Services, Inc.

Credit World Services, Inc. sent the informaton response by standard mail, there is no requirement by the FDCPA or the Texas Finance Code that states it needs to mailed another way. If you would like, CWS can mail another copy to you (once you release the cease & desist). Credit World Services, Inc. believes that we have taken the appropriate steps in handling the dispute according to FCRA, FDCPA, and the Texas Finance Code. CWS ceased collection activity from the time the initial dispute had been received. Since you have requested in writing that we cease collection activity on your account now. The account will be updated to reflect that we have received a cease & desist. We will no longer send out mail or attempt to contact you by phone unless you personally request to have the cease & desist removed.
