Complaint ID #: [redacted] Nature of the Complaint:Advertising Issues Consumer’s Original Complaint: The website says they have loans between to $35,and that their terms of paying off that loan is - months and that it's not a cash advance that it's a true loan which is not true because over the phone they tell you they don't give out money they just help you find dealerships that might help you Consumer’s Desired Resolution:They should remove all that stuff online saying they have loans - and that their terms Are -months and it's not a cash advance that it's a true loan thats all a lie Credit Yes Response: The verbiage on the website clearly states that it is not a cash advance, but it a true auto loan We have dealers across the country that we secure these loans through when someone uses our services Below is a screenshot of what the complaint was talking about, and where we clearly state we do not do cash advances Here is a screenshot of what happens when the customer applies for the loan and it goes to processing...There is a clear dialogue box that further clarifies exactly what type of auto loan you are approved for, and how much as you drill down: We believe that this consumer was hoping for a cash advance and not looking for the services we provide He/she may not have walked through the entire process to see what type of loan we offer and have available through our select dealer partners across the country We hope this will help clarify and resolve the customer complaint, please let me know if there are any more questions

true because over the phone they tell you they don't give out money they just help you find dealerships that might help you

The verbiage on the website clearly states that it is not a cash advance, but it a true auto loan.  We have dealers across the country that we secure these loans through when someone uses our services.  Below is a screenshot of what the complaint was talking about, and where we clearly state we do not do cash advances.
