Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[First and foremost this complaint is between [redacted] of Credit 1 Solutions and myself only. As I stated to you my intention isn't to damage his reputation (by providing other complaints that the Revdex.com can find out for itself with little effort) my problem is with the work place harassment by [redacted].I have no problem allowing such a small fee that wasn't paid because it "fell between the cracks" of my credit card payments. For the record, the fella has been paid (handsomely I might add for such a nondescriptive service) via my checking account...his alternative payment method and demand. This being said, a written apology for repeated and forceful communications at my employment will suffice, as well as his written certification stating complete removal of my information from the company records and of course no future communication whatsoever in any format.-[redacted]]
