Because of our desire to satisfy all customers, we will follow the request of the subscriber who submitted this customer complaint, and consider the customer's subscription as paid in full, and not debit her account for any further payments. To correct certain misstatements of the customer in her complaint, please be advised that the subscription program of Credited. com is explained to each customer orally when they purchase a subscription for an education or entertainment service, and there is no statement of any kind made to the customer that the subscription is a loan or a "payday" loan. In fact, upon completion of the subscription term, there is no requirement that the customer make any further payment- accordingly, this is not a loan transaction and no finance fees were charged, as alleged by the complaining customer.

Have tried to contact this compang multiple times! NO ANSWER but they continue to take money out. I try to call to cancel and no one answers. So how is anyone supposed to cancel before you take money out again?! Ridiculous! Borrowed 200 dollars from which I thought was a payday and have now paid over 1200! A refund needs to be submitted a long with a cancellation of subscription! At no point in time did someone say I was subscribing to something. A credit help that scams people out of their money! And isn’t listed in any kind of banking industry. Return my hard earned money besides your 288. And CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

Credit Ed is a subscription based web service and not a payday loan company. [redacted] was enrolled in our services as a customer on September 12, 2014. At that time, we did explain the terms and conditions. We did not receive any request to cancel her subscription. Once we received this...

letter, her account was then closed and considered paid in full. No collection activity will be pursued. We do not report to the credit agencies.

I took out a pay day loan back on 1/24/17 - for $250.00 with a payment of $99.00 taken out of my account every 2 weeks to repay the loan which I NEVER got any paper work about nor any payment schedules or anything, AS to this day 5/8/17 I am still getting charged for a loan that has been WELL paid off. As of 5/1/17 they haven taken a total of $693.00 out of my account which as you can see has been WELL paid. When I called several times to question why I have never received a payment schedule and why they were still taking out funds all I get is a voice mail. I have never used any of the "products" as per the other's comments, I had NO CLUE this was some sort of service I was signing up for AGAIN NO PAPERWORK or whatever. I was in a bind got the loan and has been paid in full! NO ANSWER AS TO FUNDS ARE STILL BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! I will be notifying my bank to cease any withdrawals from this company through my account.

Review: So I applied for payday loan back in July in which I was given 200. The lady told me I either could pay back 279 in full or 79 dollars until I paid back the cost of the loan through a scription through the company. They have received more then 300 dollars of my money. As of Friday 10/2 I called to speak about a new pay day loan and to see why I was still being charged. I was then transferred to a voicemail of someone named [redacted]. Left a voicemail because no one answered. Then received a voicemail saying this is not a payday loan company but a credit help program in which I never heard of. I feel like that are falsely advertising as a payday loan company to steal people money. They did not explain to me anything about credit services nor have I used any services.Desired Settlement: I would like them to cancel the fake subscription that they have me under and to close my account as paid as full as we speak there are gonna remove 79.00 from my account friday that I would like credited to my account this company is a scam company and it doesnt even offer any services for what you are supposedly paying for. Should be shut down in its entirety

Review: On November 8, 2013 I applied online for a Payday loan. On the same day several different lenders contacted me via phone, Credited being one of them. The representative explained to me that I was approved for $200, she explained the terms of the agreement stating every two weeks I would have the option of continuing the loan with a fee of $79, if I chose to pay off the loan I would have to notify them 2-3 prior to my schedule pay date and pay a total fee of $279. At no time was it explained to me of any subscription for enhancement credit videos or any other services I was entitled to besides the one I was contacted for in which was a Payday loan. I have never utilized a subscription nor logged into your website for anything as I was not aware of other services you claim to render prior. My purpose and only intent was the Payday loan I was contacted and approved for. January 17th I called with concerns/questions regarding my Payday agreement and also requested a copy, I was questioned as to why I need this. I explained Credited is deducting funds from my account; I am entitled to paperwork regarding my payday loan. I then was told about subscriptions Credited claims to offer. I was not aware this lender is not license under the Consumer Discount Company Act by the Department of Banking therefore this is an illegal contract. Also annual finance fees in PA cannot exceed 6%.The PA Supreme court has ruled that PA interest rate cap of 6% for unlicensed lenders applied to loans made over the internet to PA borrowers. To date I have paid my principal and all fees required by Pennsylvania State Laws, along with excessive fees in the amount of $395.Desired Settlement: I would like this debt to be considered PAID IN FULL as I have paid excessive fees not applicable to PA Supreme Court

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have reviewed the response and I am very satisfied that this debt is paid in full, however as my original complaint stated, Credited did not orally explain or advise me of any

subscription for an education or entertainment services. I applied for a Payday loan in the amount of $200, in which I was approved for and the funds of ($200) were deposited into my account. It was explained to me of the terms and fees of $79 for renewing this Payday loan in which I did several times, and they were withdrawn from my account. Essentially, Credited is saying they paid me ($200) upfront to utilize their service, and then I paid them bi-weekly fee of $79 for services that were never rendered or utilized by me. I feel this company is trying to cover themselves for offering illegal Payday loans in PA and charging excessive annual fees exceeding 6% for unlicensed lenders to PA borrowers. Again, I am very gratefully this debt is paid in full, and I would like to make it clear I did not make any misstatements in my complaint, as this Payday Loan lender proclaims.

Review: I found myself in a bind in Dec 2014 and needed some cash. I sought credited because of their easy loan process. I was told by the representative that the loan itsself would be $200 and the fee for the loan would be $79 and that they would deduct $79 out of my account until the $279 was paid in full. Here it is february and I have already paid in $316 to this company. I called to find out why I am still paying for this loanw hen all of the payments should be completed by now. The only department that I could get an actual person at was the "new loan" department, collections and customer service was constantly going to voicemail and I needed to speak to an actual person where my money is concerned. The snotty lady in the "new loan" department would not speak with me about how much I have to pay back or about any of the specifics and then stated that was not her department. I feel that I have been told whatever needed to be said just to get me to agree to this loan I also feel that this company does not disclose all of the information regarding the loan in the proper manner. They are not fourthcoming with the specifics of the loan and that is wrong on so many levels.Desired Settlement: I feel that I have paid this in full and should not owe them any further monies because they were not clear with the agreement.

Review: This company came up on a search for a Payday Loan which is how they then represented themselves. However, this is more predatory than any payday loan. They charge a $200 fee then keep hitting my checking account every 2 weeks for $79. When I called, they said I would have to pay back the $200 plus $79. However, they call their $79 bi-weekly fee a subscription but their website offers nothing of that sort of value. I don't even know what the $200 is for that they would need that back plus charge $79. They have collected a total of $319 and I haven't used the subscription and have no use for the subscription, when I called to cancel they refused and told me that they would continue to debit my account for a subsciption that I have no use for and have never used. This company is a total misrepresentation and I'll also look at options to file against them with the FTC as well.Desired Settlement: I want this to stop As I explained to them I cant afford this subscription and I have NEVER used this subsciption and I don't need it and they are forcing me to keep and pay for something I have no use for.

Review: I took out a payday loan in the amount of $279 in March 2014. I have paid $79 every 2wks since that time. I thought that they explained it to me that I would pay the $79 until loan repaid. then was advised I had to pay the entire $279 in one lump or continue to pay $79 until I can pay back the lump payment. I have tried to pay this back in 2 or 3 payments but they have refused. If I continue on this track I would be paying this back into retirement.

please investigate this contract. I am not trying to get out of paying but just feel I have already paid this plus some.

please helpDesired Settlement: I would like this matter to be resolved rather I have paid this already or can we break down the payment to be more fees able to my single parent life style....

79 * 2=158 *4=632 total pd to date as of 7/18/14

if a refund is seen I have no problem with them getting the $279 owed and reasonable interest... so maybe I can be refunded $300

Review: In July of 2014 I applied for a payday loan, and was approved by credited, who then said I would pay back $79 including some type of service or subscription, however I have not used any other services from this company, honestly I'm not aware of the product they are referring to. At this point I have paid them well over the $279 and I feel like this should be paid in full. I am now in a bind due to this company debiting my checking account and constantly making it overdrawn.Desired Settlement: That this be paid in full and that I do not owe them any more payments.

They have charged by checking account 3 times now and I want it stopped. This this is a loan they should call it that. But no way are these fees for a $200 loan even close to being realistic.

Review: I took out a payday loan with Credited inc in September 2014. I was made aware that I would receive 200 dollars from them and they would deduct 79.00 from my bank account every two weeks on my payday. The only way to discontinue the 79.00 dollar deductions would be for me to pay back the 200 dollars plus the 79.00 dollars. The $79.00 I was told was for use of there services. At no point in time did anyone explain to me what type of service I was paying for or where I needed to go to use those services. So I have been paying for services I have never used. This has caused a huge financial hardship for my family and I as I am a single mother with 3 young children. I dont believe the way credited in runs there company is ethical at all. They are taking advantage of people who are in desperate situations and makimg they're situations even worse.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be considered paid in full and no other deductions from my bank account.

Review: I was in a bind and am a Single mother with no child support. This company came up on a search for a Payday Loan which is how they represented themselves. However, this is more stressful and vulgar than any payday loan company I've ever seen. They loaned me $200 and was told that I would pay $79 every pay period till it was paid off with the total of $279. They keep hitting my checking account every other week for $79. In total I have paid $316!! I called they said I would have to pay back the $200 plus $79. However, they call their $79 fee a subscription but their website offers nothing. This company is very misleading, doesn't explain anything they tell you and just want your money and then when you catch on they give you the run around and I just want this all to be done!Desired Settlement: I have paid a total of $316 and in my eyes its paid in full. I want this to be done, no more calls to my work, no collections or credit reporting and no more taking $79 out of my account. I just want this to be over!!

Review: I called in to do a payday back in June 2014 and was approve for $200. The lady representative told me that I would have to pay $79 every 2 weeks till the $200 is paid off. I have paid $237.00 already and should only have to pay $42.00. I called the other week and was told that I have just being paying $79 every 2 weeks for a subscription and not even for the payday loan. Am so upset because I was not told about any subscription. I have not use any services at all and don't know about any services. They was telling me something about credit information. Am so upset I was not told about any of this. This company is not truthful at. They did not explain or tell me anything about credit services and a subscription.Desired Settlement: I want them to cancel whatever subscription they signed me up for. Also, to have my account as paid in full and not to be charged for any fees for subscriptions I did not use.

Review: I have attempted to contact them several times and have left messages that have not been returned. The only time I heard a live voice was when I called and pushed the button to apply for a new loan and then was abruptly transferred to the collections department which constantly puts you in voicemail. They were initially taking out $25 and then started taking out $79 which is being taking out of an account that I DID NOT authorized for them to take payments. I want my account closed and you are in violation of accessing an account that you were not given permission.Desired Settlement: close my account

Review: I was in search for a small loan to help with my credit as well as some Christmas shopping. I googled pay day loans and Credited populated. I was told I would be given 200 dollars but to pay it off I had to pay 279 dollars. They got all my information and set up payments of 79 dollars every 2 weeks. These people are still taking my money for what??? I called and they said 79 bucks pays for the subscription and the only way to cancel is to pay 279.... What!? It's now July 2015! I've paid well over 279.Desired Settlement: This started in December 2014, and it is now July 2015. I have paid well over the amount needed to be paid. I didn't sign up for a subscription, I signed up for a pay day loan. I would like my money back, minus the 279 I owe this company. Doing math that's around 800 bucks, thanks!
