In response to complaint #***, we have reviewed the file. On February 29th, we received a copy of the canceled check from the patient's attorney, we posted the payment and on 3/7/the account was reported to the credit bureaus do be deleted as the date on the check was
4/27/and we received the account on 4/20/15. Our client Pro Ambulance services did not report the payment to us when made so was placed on credit history.With our delete process done in March, the bureaus should have updated by now and nothing should report negative for this particular account. We did delete this account as we promised at the end of August, however we have no control over how the credit reporting bureaus updating time frame runs. Today is the7th of September, I would not expect them to have their files updated. I would suggest the consumer allow another week
for credit reporting updating and check again. If it is not showing deleted the consumer can file a dispute through whichever credit reporting bureau is still showing it open. We have done our due diligence in reporting the delete. Sue ***

I am rejecting this response because:This agency has been contacted various times requesting the dispute status be removed and they have not complied with these requestsThe only acceptable resolution at this time will be completion deletion of the account and removal from any and all credit reporting agencies that have knowledge of the accountFinancial damages have already been incurred as a result of their malicious practices and intent.

In response to the complaint filed by Jeffrey [redacted].  Upon review of the account, it appears that the consumer requested validation of the debt on 9/13/12 we requested statement from the provider of service [redacted], and we mailed to the consumer on 9/17/12. On...

9/26/12 we received a inquiry from [redacted] that the consumer claims not his bill.  The dispute was generated from the consumer.  A consumer can electronically request a dispute be removed if no longer disputed.  However, since we are not sure if he has done that or not, we requested the dispute be removed as of todays date.  We are unsure how long it takes the reporting bureaus to update.The bill remains due and owing and should be reporting as an open collection per our reporting status.If there are any other questions please feel free to contact usSue [redacted]VP of OperationsCreditors Collection Bureau, Inc.

This consumer is represented by an attorney due to an MVA. We cannot communicate with a consumer with attorney representation. We talked to the attorney office on 1/13/15 and they claim paid director to provider, however the provider has not...

verified that. Due to the complaint and the fact we cannot prove up payment from the attorney we are closing the account. No settlement necessary, the account will be deleted from the credit bureaus as part out our monthly update to the credit reporting bureaus.
